Breakfast was very good.

Nice small country hotel

Very polite, friendly & helpful staff. Quality of breakfast & being able to book it the day before. Large comfortable bed. Well insulated room, no other noise from inside the hotel. Free wi-fi Plenty of tea/ coffee provided in room. Fan in room. Pretty, well maintained gardens. Easy parking. Easy walk into Lynhurst.

The staff were great! We loved our original room but had to swop because of an unexpected problem. The second room was much darker but the bath much bigger....so they certainly did the best for us they could.

We didn't know how to use the modern spa type bath. Instructions would be VERY helpful for senior guests!!

Close to Ferrari Garage & ponies.Just outside main town centre & set back from main road. Refurbished to good standard by Nepalese owner/manager. Serving B&B with option to orebook evening meal with a reasonable menu catering for most needs with a Nepalese option. Friendly & obliging staff. You do need to pre order breakfast before 8pm to ensure they had enough quality ingredients and orebook for dinner if you want it. As it is a small hotel room was roomy with the addition of a sofa. & dressing table with mirror & also had plug socket nearby for hairdryer.

Only stayed one night as on way to Southampton for cruise so only booked bed no breakfast . Room size really good & shower room as well . Only 5 min walk into Lyndhurst for evening meal which was really handy .

It was a budget room so although size of room good we had frosted glass on window so no view.

The room was perfect. It was clean and nicely decorated as was the ensuite. It was a good size room. We were very happy with our room. Breakfast also was perfect, well cooked and tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was well staffed and you can tell that everyone took pride in their work as the hotel was neat and tidy. Perfectly placed for us to get out and about in the New Forest. Our dog enjoyed his stay too.

i did find the mattress a bit hard but I don't really have a complaint as everything else was perfect for us.

Great location, comfortable room with private shower and bath. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, and the restaurant served very tasty evening meals. I would recommend staying here!

I was very happy with everything at the hotel.

All staff were really friendly and happy to help. It was very clean and our room was nicely decorated Room was well equipped for a 3 star, with make up mirror and tissues being provided Bar prices were very good and competitive with local pubs Breakfast was lovely - cooked to perfection and very tasty

Nothing that can be changed easily! The stairs were very steep with very narrow treads The room was very hot - but we were in a heat wave so everywhere was hot!- we were on the top floor, but thoughtfully they provided a very large fan so really this helped

Breakfast were fine with a excellent selection,our room was comfortable, with a hot tub jacuzzi bath.

Lightweight bedding ,as room was very warm,and being on a busy road having a window open was not an option. There was no room cleaning or bed making.
