Loved the friendly and helpful staff. Beds comfortable, spacious room/ ensuite. Restaurant - food very good and tasty. Location good, ample parking on site. Manager Lewis was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Same with the chef, great GF dinners and breakfasts provided. Morning lady at breakfast so kind and helpful too. Great team. Hotel is certainly a gem in Boston.

Website does not state breakfast is only Continental Mon - Fri. Cooked breakfast available at extra cost on sat,/sun only. Website also states a damage deposit is deducted on check in - incorrect, not taken. Limited restaurants in Boston and unsure of personal safety in evenings.

The rooms were very clean & comfortable, warm & well appointed with drink making facilities, opening windows, a large flat screen tv, (only used for news & weather!). The bathroom, although a little small, was very clean & useable, the shower worked well also. We all had a good night's sleep, with no disturbances from either inside or outside the building. Breakfast was very good, a large choice of fruit, cerials, toast, yoghurts etc plus a cooked option was available if preferred, set us up for the day! It appeared the whole site had recently been decorated to a high standard. We would happily stay there again when next in Boston.

We were hoping our two rooms might have been closer together but that wasn't really a problem as we got to see more of the hotel! Some of the rooms are in the attic as it were, so taller guests may have to duck their heads when not in the centre of the room due to the sloping ceiling each side. No reason to not chose this site though.

On arrival, l met a nice young man, who went out of his way to make sure our accommodation was suitable and met our needs? Amazing bathroom with shower..... King-size bed made all the difference our move was complete! The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice, for a vegetarian... l would stay again

What l would say his, to mention that there isn't a lift and if the person can't climb the stairs and they are mother and daughter or father and son. Then the king-size bed would be suitable (plenty of room)

Hotel accommodating with my delayed arrival Saturday night. I was also upgraded to a double room from a single standard. Breakfast was freshly made and plentiful, with a broad selection of food options (one of the best breakfast 'spreads@ ever encountered for a hotel/room at the price.) Room was clean and nicely decorated.

10=00am check out on Sunday morning a little early. However I appreciated that staff costs/overheads have to be covered for a hotel stay at the price offered.

Everything! The staff were friendly, the room adequate for our needs. The building is old and has character with modern decor. There is a small bar and restaurant and the food I ordered, which was brought to my room, was delicious. The room had a huge tv, which was impressive, not that we had time to watch it. Although the shower room was small, it was OK for us. The hotel was an easy walk to the Gliderdome venue where we were attending a gig.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Free parking is always a bonus. Continental breakfast unless you wanted to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Plenty of choice for the continental. Situated a few minutes walk outside the town centre, which we were glad of when we learnt from the locals that Boston has a high murder rate per capita.

A little bit pricey for what it was. The going rate in Boston is @£60 per night. We paid £93.50 and didn't get a cooked breakfast included. Felt really intimidated at night. Locals were warning us to use taxis due to the high crime rate, including murders.

room 8 attic bedroom shower very small and toilet seat loose insufficient drawer and hanging space in room 7 room 21 needs more drawer space , a handle on bath and a non slip mat in shower and bath needed for older people like us. bathroom beautiful but dangerous. external noise from air conditioning unit or generator from 05.00 to 07.00 hrs very annoying continental breakfast choice good but a cooked breakfast would have been better

There was no bathroom, just a shower and a tiny toilet, but it was quite quirky and I did enjoy that about the room. Netflix option on the TV and very comfy bed.

the water in the tap was very cloudy and took ages to become clear, the glass provided was really dirty unfortunately, and the sink is just so tiny. it was a lovely room but I feel like no one had stayed there for a while.

Clean and smart looking hotel, friendly polite staff. Nice continental breakfast selection and option to purchase cooked breakfast.

Went to use hair dryer but no plug near mirror so couldn't see to dry hair properly, also hairdryer kept cutting out. No table to put kettle on if making tea/coffee , was in bottom.of wardrobe space and would have needed to plug kettle in by bed and make drinks on small bedside unit so not ideal but room not big enough for table or another unit.

The room was large, bright and airy with a view of the river inlet and the boats. The bathroom was huge with an excellent shower. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless and the bed was large and comfortable. The large TV was great to have. The staff were warm and friendly. We ate in the hotel and the food was good, fairly typical, burgers, pasta etc., but tasty. Parking at the rear of the hotel was useful. All in all, a nice hotel.

Only a couple of things: another mirror in the bathroom would be good. There's no shaver point. The kettle ideally needs a plug nearer to the tray, we boiled the kettle on the bedside table. We were in room 10, maybe other rooms are different.
