Stayed here as a group of 16 adults and 2 young children over numerous rooms . Hosts were great and couldn’t do enough for you . Stayed in a variety of rooms , singles , doubles and quadruple . No issues . Had a meal in the evening and it was beautiful , near on all 18 meals came out one after the other , no fault whatsoever . Lovely . Been at the beach all day so stayed in the bar in the evening and played pool and darts , again great hosts . Breakfast was a little early for us , 8am but could not fault the service or the food , good quality cereals , usual coffee , tea , juice and full English with toast and butter . Would recommend a stay and food . Thanks Shane and Sam

Great hotel to stay at, staff all very friendly & welcoming. Room was very comfortable with plenty of facilities also enjoyed a morning swim in the excellent swimming pool. Excellent beer in the bar & a very nice breakfast in the morning. The whole venue was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend & will almost certainly be staying there again in the near future.

Some may say that the room was a little tired & could do with re-decorating however it was spotlessly clean, well stocked & very comfortable, so we had absolutely no complaints.

Staff were lovely and was great to be shown around on arrival, breakfast was fantastic too. Nice bar area. Also there was a pool but unfortunately didn't get to use it as arrived later than intended.

Really minor detail of the taps took a while to let the water out and my daughter found that if don't shut toilet seat lid to flush toilet water goes everywhere and not just a little bit.

We stayed for 3 nights when taking part in Race the Waves. Shane and family were lovely. They were all really friendly and accommodating letting us leave one of our cars there after check out which we collected on our way home after racing had finished. Our room was clean and the bed was one of the comfiest we have slept in. Breakfast was good and we had a meal there one evening, really nice, good value food with gorgeous chips. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a lovely stay

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. Evening food was great with a good choice. Location was quiet with good parking. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Used steam room and sauna.

Didn't get a chance to use swimming pool as there are swimming lessons in afternoons and we were out in the day. You need a padlock for the lockers and you had to take your own towels. Would have helped to know.

The location was excellent for us, within easy reach of many seaside towns and places of interest. Breakfast was very good and cooked to a high standard, enjoyed it very much and it "set us up" for the morning.

There is nothing that we could fault and glad we chose this hotel for our one night stay having looked at many other venues that didn't seem to meet our needs ie private parking and close to places to visit.

very good host, , showed where to get in and out of private door and where to leave keys in morning , asked if i was hungry and if i wanted evening meal or not , room spotless and bathroom too , loads of loo roll and tea coffee,sugar,milk and soap , shampoo , lots of sockets and plug in heater if needed , plenty of clean towels , one of the better hotels ive stayed in in the area , had to leave at 6am so didnt try complimentary breakfast , loads of parking , i would deffo stay again cheers

Lovely large room and bathroom, food at breakfast was good, no real choice but very adequate, had a meal in the bar which was very good, large portions. Bonus of the leisure club for an early morning swim and jacuzzi, great

Maybe fruit or yogurt choice at breakfast, but what we had was good

Good location/base to visit Bridlington/Scarborough/Whitby coast. Very quiet in the hotel.. Outstanding cleanliness everywhere.

Unreliable WiFi and only instant coffee available in the breakfast bar.

Owners friendly, helpful, Warm room, and hotel, our stay was October so some chilly nights outside,. Good food, I will miss the breakfast. Fish and chips, recommend. Good location for exploring area. I hope we can visit again next year D

Can't think of any dislikes, everything was to our liking, no problems.
