The extra charge after you book with Booking.com. They make you pay a damage fee on top of your booking price. either $50 non refundable or $450 hold on credit card and they don’t have to give it back to you for up to 14 days then they keep $30 for admin fee. What a joke. It doesn’t have a toaster either, or fans or Ac when it’s hot. The room is not 50 sqm as booking.com describes.

The room was a very good size, bright, modern and clean with an exceptional view. The bed was comfy and the location was perfect, also very quiet.

We paid the £250 deposit 4 days before our stay (would have paid sooner but our booking was a last minute decision). On the morning of our stay I was still being asked to pay the deposit, which caused some back and forth with staff and meant we didn’t get check in info until 10.30 the day of. However, they were apologetic and it was sorted within an hour of me contacting them. We also weren’t given our room number so I had to call them when we got to the property, luckily someone answered and we were given the number straight away. Check in could be earlier, as most places are 3pm so this would have even better. Only 1 window opens but barely just a crack so was very warm in the room, a fan would have been good.

The location was lovely, and set in a quieter location up on the hill side! The view both during the day and night is amazing. It was a nice atmosphere! The room was extremely clean and the decor was nice and bright. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! The mini fridge was also a welcome asset, especially in this heat.

There are only 2 minor things that are more of a personal preference. You get a little clothes rail but no real clothing storage. The second thing is the need for a wall mounted mirror in the bedroom. The one in the bathroom is great, but the sink is quite large and as a short person, trying to get close enough to put make up on was near impossible. It's also difficult with the lighting and the steam in there too. Hiwever, It never impacted on my stay at all.

The room was very comfy bed was the comfiest I have ever see in when I have been away. The only downfall was been at the very top of the building and the stairs but the view was perfect the room was lovely and clean

The stairs due to my husband mobility been poor the stairs was to much.I had no other complaints the room was perfect and i would stay again but in a lower floor unless a lift got put in.it would have beee Ed n better th get in the room a little earlier.

Not impressed by £25 extra damage insurance payment not clearly mentioned when paying on booking.com Very small bin Tiny bathroom sink- difficult to wash plates in On top floor - 4 flights of stairs - would be good to mention for mobility issues- worth it for the view. Could do with a soap storage in the shower. Couldn’t get into room till 4pm and hAd to be out by 10am.

No mirrors in the bedrooms, just one in the shower which was often misted up from the shower and /or in use… so nowhere to do make up, hair etc. A suitcase bench/table/stool for suitcases would be beneficial… there was plenty of room in one of the bedrooms…. Which only had a bed and small stool in it. A soap dish in the shower room to prevent messing up the wooden sink surround ( we improvised with a small cereal dish)

Very clean and comfortable, very bright and lovely view. Mattress was comfortable.

Would be good with a small table and chairs. Had some difficulties checking in Emma was very helpful all good in the end. Because we are international visitors we've had some difficulties with a lot of the UK sites.

Great location, loved the scandi decor very comfortable and modern room.

Hard work with having to chase booking details and then re phone for our room number, but was resolved quickly. Then some of the bowls in the room hadn’t been washed up previously and put back wet and dirty in the cupboard. Felt I had to wash all bowls and cups etc! , everything else was immaculate!!

I stayed at the beach house rooms in July 2023 with my mother and sister. The room was perfect as it was open planned and we could all be together in one room. The bedroom was decorated extremely tastefully and it was very compact but had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and I cannot wait till I stay again

Room style perfect for families. Pillows weren't very comfy. We decided to have the evening in and have a movie night however our WiFi didn't work, but managed to connect throught my phone. Someone was supposed to come out to have a look. We would defo go back though, we really enjoyed our stay!
