We stayed in the RED suite. The best B&B ever as you get the best of both worlds - a wonderful cooked breaakfast delivered to your door combined with the privacy and full use of a one bedroomed en-suite with extra lounge, conservatory dining area and outside patio. Combine that with a wonderful view across fields and the grazing horses, rural tranquility and just a few miles from Filey and its the perfect stay for a few days or longer.

Not much to find fault with. The pillows were a little too thick for us, but we got used to them. It seemed a little strange that two TV's were provided, but the one in the bedroom had more and better facilities than the lounge one.

The privacy as it is 'out in the sticks'. They have an amazing cat sanctuary plus a number of horses 🐎! We loved the fact that they prepared and delivered your breakfast daily to your room, with an excellent section of choices. We also liked that there was a good selection of visitor brochures, but Mark was also very helpful with his local knowledge. We will definitely return!

We were given the Red Suite, which was absolutely fabulous. Tina and Mark were lovely and welcoming, including providing a batch of welcome cakes, which were delicious. The room was very comfortable. We've never encountered a hotel/b&b mattress that was both soft and supportive. Our child was delighted with the comfy sofa bed and especially with the special robe provided for him. Shower was excellent. Mark was kind enough to introduce us to the animals on the farm which was a special treat for our child. And we had a great time sitting in the conservatory and watching the horses being exercised. Breakfasts were exceptional, and child was especially excited about the massive croissants. Tina and Mark were very generous and gracious hosts, even sending us off with homemade flapjacks for our return journey! We hope to return very soon.

Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, excellent breakfast. The location was very quiet, but close to Filey. The owner was very helpful with suggestions about where to eat, and we were able to buy fish and chips ( from Dickie Bees in Filey - really good!) and eat them in the house as he provides plates, cutlery etc, and even a bin in which to put the dirty plates and the rubbish.

Everything!Accommodation was spotless, your own private place with the added bonus of breakfast brought to you, lovely sitting outside looking at the horses,food was excellent too,and not forgetting the host/chef Mark. 🙂who was very polite and friendly..

Didn't stay long enough!definitely make it a 10 day holiday next year, all being well..

Gorgeous, peaceful location yet so handy for Filey town centre. The breakfast was exceptional. Plenty of choice of beautifully cooked. Fabulous bed and pillows. Had the best night's sleep imaginable.

Before we booked, we read lots of reviews and many said how lovely the home baked scones or cakes were waiting for them upon arrival. We didn't get any of these!

The Suites were home from home, every comfort you could think of, and fantastic, friendly hosts. They do a great breakfast which sets you up for a day in Filey which is only 5 minutes drive away. It was so quiet too as the property is surrounded by fields but very handy for all the main routes to fab beaches and more including Whitby and its Abbey. It's our 2nd visit, we will be back. We loved the breakfast arrangement, having it brought to our suite at the time we chose and it was delicious, high quality produce. Our host was very friendly and helpful, the suite was lovely and the location perfect. It was very peaceful seeing the horses grazing in the lovely countryside.

Everything. We had a lovely stay, the hosts Mark and Tina were fantastic, friendly and on hand if we needed anything. The suite was comfortable, clean and well located for much of Yorkshire East Coast. Breakfast was great and catered for all tastes. Would happily recommend and stay there again.

Nothing loved it

Breakfast was amazing.....!!! only too much !!!!!! Location was spot on, perfect to reach beaches and attractions. Tina left us some lemon drizzle cake and flapjack....She should be in the baking business!! Tina and Mark have some really useful local knowledge, so if you are planning a stay speak to them they will help make your stay perfect. They are just the best hosts and made us fell so comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend !!!! We saw dolphins at Filey Brigg, seals at Flamborough Head and also managed a Sedge Warbler at Fraisthorpe beach. Perfect !!
