Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and shops, and tucked away in a quiet residential street. The room was a great size, the bed was lovely and comfortable, everything was immaculate. I also enjoyed the hamper breakfast, if you wanted, there was enough food to keep you going most of the day, and presented beautifully. Jo was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming. I have already booked my next stay, and Lazy Days will always be my choice when I stay in Broadstairs. I have stayed in a lot of bnb's over the years and can honestly say this has been the best one for me. Well done Jo and Adam

A lovely, clean and modern B&B. It's very cosy and the location is very convenient. It's close to the train station and the seafront. There are plenty of pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants around. The hostess, Jo, is super friendly. We had a lovely breakfast hamper included with our stay. We had plenty of breakfast food choices to pick from. The bed is very comfy and the room is spacious and extremely clean with everything one may need for a short stay in there. I have been in touch with Jo several times via text before and during our stay, and got a response pretty much immediately. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

Would have been nice to have a mini fridge or an ice making facility onsite. But understandably, this is what hotels would usually provide, not B&Bs.

I would say that Jo went above and beyond as our host, very nice lady welcoming and warm and very well informed. Me and my boyfriend/partner, were very happy with our stay. had a really lovely time, at Broad Stairs in Kent where we stayed. lots to do and see, good food restaurants for all, enjoyed the fresh burger at the Viking Bay Cafe, was delicious. We both feel revived after our break. The weather was good to,re so only being there for the weekend made all the difference. Thanks Jo and Adam, Deborah And Terry x

I cannot fault this B & B

The B n B has a lovely breezy airy comfortable vibe, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The host was absolutely lovely, really friendly and happy to welcome you. Love the breakfast hamper, really filling, delicious, healthy and good choices. Also was surprised how quiet the location is, we stayed on the ground floor and did not hear any traffic noise at all. The location is fantastic, so near and really easy to get to the seafront. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Excellent location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the sea and the town. Breakfast is served in your room (left at the door if preferred) so no fry ups, but you do get to choose a nice hamper full of lovely fresh food to enjoy in your own time. You won’t go hungry!

The room was exceptional! Very well decorated, newly refurbished and super clean. Breakfast were delivered to the room every morning - what more can you ask? The location is perfect. It only took us 7 min walk from the station to the property. It is also 5 min walk to the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were absolutely amazing, loveliest people ever. We have already started recommending Lazy Days B&B to our friends and customers. When we go back to Broadstairs next, we will only be staying there! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is perfect, less than a 5minute walk away from the beach front and town centre but still very quiet place to stay. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast hamper was very good and a great idea, lot's of choice. The owners were lovely and welcoming. Would recommend and we would love to stay again.

Great location! It is not at the beach side (it gets very noisy at night) but within 5 mins away from the beach! Jo was an excellent host, very friendly and professional, she gave us great ideas on dinning out. The breakfase provided by Jo was amazing, plenty of choice and excellent quality. We had a great time staying at her place.

Very nice, clean and comfortable B&B. The rooms are spacious with all amenities required for a relaxing break. There is plenty of choice for breakfast to satisfy all tastes, the food is well presented and tasty. Many thanks to Jo & Adam for making us all feel welcome. We hope to visit again in 2022. Newly decorated to immaculate standard….. like stepping into an IKEA showroom! This is no ordinary boring B&B …. This is one classy place with tastefully decorated rooms. The loft room was pure delight! Jo was the perfect host and served amazing breakfast hampers each morning which we could eat at leisure. Was great having parking and we were able to walk everywhere because of great location. Close to bus stop and good restaurants
