Spencer Court

I have to say the staff are amazing and the stay was lovely. I've stay 4 times now. Its so comfortable and the rooms are so amazing. Had amazing sea view too.

Excellent and well cooked breakfast. The room had a good view of the public gardens, tennis courts and the sea.. Comfortable and clean room. The first room was on the second floor, which was difficult for my disabled wife, but the manager kindly moved us to another (and better) room on the floor below.

Additional supplies of milk, coffee and sugar in the reception room would have been helpful. There were no leaflets of local attractions or events in the room, which would have been useful. A large map of Ramsgate and the surrounding area in the reception room would be useful for visitors who don't know the area.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Spencer court think it has changed hands from the last time in 2017. Very friendly staff very helpfull. Full english Breakfast was excellent good produce and very tasty freshly cooked. Other options of cereal and just toast if you want with hot drinks and juice. Rooms are comfortable. It over looks a tennis court and if have a room at the front a lovely sea view. The location for us was great but not if not mobile we loved the walk down the hill to see the great view of the hsrbour. Good value for money.

Check in was 3pm which is ok but no one at the property to talk too or leave our bags as like to make a full day and to the resort early. The room we was in was a nice size and a great view it could do with up dating the furnishings carpet and bed linen. The shower room was small but had hot water only negative the shower head bid not stay on hook so could not get underneath but if these things improved a very nice guest house and would stay again.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, location was really good, 5 minute walk from the water, 15 from the beach, great amount of choice for the breakfast, good water pressure on the shower too, for the price I paid I'm very happy.

The step down from the shower felt a little risky for slipping, because you're also trying to keep your head down to avoid bumping it, but the shower itself was great and for the price I'm quite happy with my experience overall

Great location, very easy to walk to the harbour and bars/restaurants. Michael was a really nice host, very polite, and he makes a great breakfast! The B&B is in a pretty little square with tennis courts outside. The parking is free but on a weekend the streets are busy so you may not be able to park right outside. If I had to moan about anything, it would be that the room was a little bit dated and a bit on the small size. That said, it was perfectly fine as a base and very good value for money.

This was my second visit (23-26 April) - I stayed once & just knew it was the place to go back to. I had a lovely double room (room 4) both times - with a huge bay window and a balcony you can sit on overlooking the square. The little en suite was just right and the room itself charming and quirky - whitewashed with nice "beachy" pictures on the walls. The staff were charming and helpful on both of my visits. And I mustn't forget the full English breakfast - perfect every day!

How friendly and helpful the staff was. I traveled late at night following a shift, I was late about two hours and the guy I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. He came from his own home to let me in and was very polite and helpful. The guy that served me breakie in the morning was very attentive and couldn’t do enough to help, was made feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks your two for a great stay :)

We spontaneously came to ramsgate and booked this last minute. We didn’t know what to expect but when my partner opened the door, she did a double take and thought they’d made a mistake - the room was so perfect! Beautiful French doors opening up onto a private balcony with sea views. Clean and tidy room, everything you could want for a romantic get away. Lovely young man that met us and checked us in with plenty of free bottles of water for the heat! The building has so much character as well as the owner! Definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting a get away! Happy times.

Booked really late as another property let me down and Spencer Court were great. Guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and had everything I needed, good location as well.

Walls are a bit thin however wasn’t a major issue as people settled down at reasonable hour.
