Yummy breakfast! Lovely vegan options for me, and my OH enjoyed a full English. Strawberries and gorgeous peanut butter were a lovely bonus. Super friendly hosts, very accommodating and helpful. Perfect location made it easy to walk everywhere. Beautiful resident cat appeared for fusses before we left. Window boxes beautifully planted up.

We would like to suggest adding a non slip mat to the amazing walk in shower. It was a bit slippy. Less stable guests may fall in the shower! The floor mats in the bathroom need replacing - and excuse for a nice trip to Dunelm!

This Bed & Breakfast was everything a bed & breakfast should be! A very cute and quirky historical home that has been renovated with new bathrooms and showers, the beds were nice and comfy, and the location was truly amazing right next to the gorgeous St. Peters Church. The town of Sandwich is a dream to visit -- what a treat! Marisol cooked up a full English breakfast for us each day with all the trimmings, which was super fun for us as American tourists.

The amenities were a little dingy -- spiderwebs and snails and such in the garden made it not very enticing to go hang out on the patio furntiture -- they had a very cool hanging chair but it was unusable due to bird poop and there were a few random pieces of exercise equipment and other junk here and there that kinda spoiled the English Garden feeling. However, the overall amazingness of the place completely made up for anything that was slightly imperfect.

Breakfast is delicious, outside at the garden was beautiful views, and nice views old history at the houses look like farm, and there have a bath and shower in the double bedroom! Good comforts. Very friendly staffs especially Kevin was the one who always kind I never see staff from other B & B that where I going to different places real shame because other different place from B & B never be other staff like Kevin.

nothing. but only two problem thing there had a problem with door locked and handle in bedroom and bathroom with a keys and I was locked door can’t open door because of that but thanks to his wife who helps me open the door and teaches me how to open the door with a keys anyway, and the wardrobe on the wall damage needs fixed Kevin said will sort it out with that.

Kelvin was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, and a pot of tea for us on arrival was a lovely touch. He clearly loves people and his business, which shows. He even offered to take/pick us up to our wedding venue when we were having difficulty finding a cab that was over and beyond. Luckily, we were able to find a cab in the end. The 1700c building was as you'd expect of a property of this age with wonky rooms, etc, and was well loved.

The minute we walked in the door, our host greeted us with an invitation to sit at the kitchen table for an authentic English tea party. The tea cups even had photos of the queen herself. The clawfoot bathtub was stunning, comfortable, and the water was nice and hot. The shower was nice and big. The English breakfast was delicious.

The hot water faucet on the toilet sink was loose. There were paint and glue stains on the tiles around the bathtub.

The moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by a warm, friendly and welcoming 'hello you must be...' from the proprietor, Kelvin. We booked and stayed in the nicely decorated, clean, self-contained cottage/maisonette. This comprised of a good sized shower room with sink and WC, then up carpeted stairs to a bare-brick style, home-from-home cosy living space, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, separate kitchenette with ample facilities and an area that had been made into a sitting room for our stay (the proprietor contacts you upon booking to ask if you need one or two bedrooms). We were supplied a tasty cooked breakfast (book on arrival / the evening before, if you want this - vegetarian available). Kelvin has great knowledge of the area, being a 'local boy', but is a well-travelled, thoughtful, knowledgeable, interesting character to chat with, so make sure to take time to chat at breakfast time. If you are travelling by car, let Kelvin know as he may be able to arrange parking for you, depending on how booked with visitors he is. We will definitely be staying with Kelvin and Marisol again.

I spent 4 nights at St Peter’s B&B in August. I chose Sandwich because it was the perfect location to visit a number of historical locations including Dover Castle and Richborough Roman Fort. What I didn’t know beforehand, was how beautiful Sandwich is itself. It’s a great place to walk, eat out and to get a feel for the region. It’s also a perfect location for visiting so many attractions. The B&B itself was very clean and comfortable. My room had tea making facilities and a fridge. The en-suite bathroom was huge and luxurious. My view was of St Peter’s Church itself, which was lovely. The bed was extremely comfy and I slept like a log every night. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, friendly and very approachable. They go out of their way to support and help their guests. Kelvin gave me suggestions of places to visit and places to eat out. The breakfasts were extensive and offered fresh fruit, a variety of cereals and breads and an exceptional full English. My breakfast set me up for the day. I would unequivocally recommend St Peter’s B&B and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The host had heated the room thoroughly and it had a lovely quirky character being made in a 17th Stable room. The full english breakfast was tasty and served really hot with local produce.

We should have had a better conversation about the parking, but this was partly my fault as I hadn't thought that there would be a space so we paid to park nearby.
