The hotel was right next to the station, so it was not far to walk to. The staff are lovely. They came and cleaned the room while we was out, giving us clean towels and more tea bags, sugar, and coffee. The room was clean and bright. TV was working, very close to the beach and seafront shops. The beds are very comfortable. The room it self was very nice.

The room was on the top floor no lift. And the room or the floor was leaning downwards like going down a hill. My partner said he felt like he was leaning into the middle of the bed. No hot water in the taps, but it was in the shower. But shower was only a trickle of water coming out of it. for the price you get no breakfast, which is a disappointment I think if they added breakfast they might get more customers.

Stayed in room 10 - amazing view of Margate seafront - no breakfast but you can book the beefeater just over the road £9.99 all you can eat👍. If you get there early you can park at Margate train station car park for £3.50 for the whole day which I thought was very fair being on the seafront, which is 1 min walk to property.... You can stay in the premier inn just over the road but you very unlikely to get a sea view and in the summer the prices go up to like £150.00 - only payed £93.00 pounds with much better view and you will get a sea view if you book them rooms....

Could not park outside, but train station car park only 1 min away - with fair prices...

The location was perfect, not even 5min walk to the train station and 5min walk to the main beach. It is not directly in the main centre giving you a quiet evening away from all the club noise but in walking distance if you want to join them. The Room was very clean and tidy with a mini fridge and on-suite shower/toilet. Free parking in the street outside the hotel but it is on a first come so you might not immediately find parking in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay at the Burlington again when we go to Margate.

Nice little hotel in a great location. Good room - very clean and with a decent bathroom and shower and a comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.

Window blinds let in a lot of light so the room is very bright from about 5am. Property a tiny bit shabby on the outside.

Location next to station and overlooking sea excellent. Bright decor in room and spotlessly clean. Host Richard kind and helpful and explained how room operated.

Own scissors would have been handy to open shower gel packets. otherwise room well appointed

Really lovely family run hotel in an amazing location, near the station. We had an amazing view of the beach and dreamland. Staff so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Clean and tasteful - Stayed 2 nights and in between room was tidied/bathroom cleaned and towels changed 👍😊 Amazing view as promised
