Hundith Hill Hotel

Beautiful hotel, views are absolutely stunning to most parts making it look like you're in a different world, it is majestic in every way possible and the staff are just a delight, so helpful and welcoming, we will definitely be back with family and friends. Thank you for a magnificent stay. Without it being the best get away already my partner decided to pop the question on the balcony 🥰 it couldn't of happened at a better place, my heart is so full right now.

There was nothing to dislike, it was amazing from start to finish.

Countryside location. Room in stableblock ideal for us and pleasant surroundings. We were there over a weekend and the restaurant was very popular. Lovely food piping hot and served promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Some furnishings a little tired in our room but never less very comfortable. and convenient.

Really like the views and the location. Superb view of Lorton Vale and the surrounding mountains. It was also very dog friendly - lots of good dog walks, and the room was good with a door that opened onto the courtyard.

My father thought the breakfasts could have been better, although personally I found them okay.

The location is very good, with superb views of the surrounding hills. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was well cooked and very lavish.

The hotel was advertised at one price inclusive of tax on Booking.com but when I clicked through to pay the sum was increased by 5% VAT. It was a great inconvenience to us that the bedside lights were not individually controlled so I ended up getting myself to bed in a small amount of light from the bathroom. The bathroom was enormous but the washbasin was very small and the very complicated plug was utterly stuck all the time we were there, so I very soon ran out of hand washing capability.

Lovely place but far too expensive!

Nice set up. At a family wedding and lucky we had a nice day to use the garden. Drinks a bit warm in function room so nipped into bar and were cooler from there.

Cleaners were quite noisy on our stairs about 8.30 am. If you were hoping for a lay in you'd have been disappointed. Doors banging and loud talking

Everything - location, staff, cleanliness, modern decor, food (two vegans easily catered for), room service, large balcony room with stunning views, value for money. Staff couldn’t do enough for us throughout - arranged beautiful birthday balloons/flowers for our room on arrival, vegan dietary requirements were no issue, speedy and extremely well priced room service, didn’t rush us out of the room at check out. Great hotel across the board - a must stay when heading to the lakes. Exceptional experience, really made my gf’s birthday. Thank you so much.

Nothing - everything was so great.

Beautiful setting. Very good twin bedroom with very good bathroom. Food ok but not outstanding.

Food could be more imaginative although the steak pie was very good. Breakfast was ok, as almost always tomatoes under cooked whilst one of the poached egg was overdone. But these are minor grumbles we enjoyed our stay.

Loads of Parking. Excellent food, the breakfast definitely lived up to expectations after reading previous comments. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.

Needs a longer chain on the bath plug!
