The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean with a lovely, comfortable bed and the shower was great. Breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, freshly cooked food perfect to soothe the New Years hangover and the location was spot on. Considering how much Keswick car parking is, £6 a night is a steal but we will definitely be booking direct in the future for the added bonus of free parking.

The extractor fan was noisy due to the strong winds but that can’t be helped - Mother Nature!

Hotel was in a great location, A minutes walk from all Keswick attractions , rooms were very clean (spotless), well ventilated warm and well proportioned, bed was comfortable (I had a good nights sleep on the two nights we stayed) ,staff were great friendly helpful and very welcoming , I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again .

Wi-Fi could have been a little better / TV in room could have been bigger / Partitioning between rooms is what it is / Once u get into the room would have been nice that once u remove your shoes some in room slippers could have been provided / cooked breakfast could have been available from an earlier time than 8:00

The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! Extremely friendly and really felt like you were welcome and at home. The beds were crazy comfortable (didnt want to get out of it!), hotel had a lovely feel about it and the location was a two minute walk into town and also right next to derwentwater lake. Overall we really couldn't be more impressed. Will definitely be staying again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location for visiting Keswick . The views from the front of the hotel are fantastic. The hotel was well kept and very clean. Staff exceptionally pleasant and professional. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and food was of a very good standard - we recommend the 'Cumberland grill'!

This is not the fault of the hotel: However we recommend that those staying use and pay for the hotel parking, as unfortunately, we had damage to our vehicle, we believe from a stray ball from the neighbouring golf course.

The lady at reception gave a lovely greeting when we arrived and the room was lovely and clean The breakfast was very professionally organised and the staff were all nice

It was only made clear that there was a car park to the rear of the hotel after we'd spent 30 mins trying to find a parking space. That may have been our fault but we can't remember seeing anything to tell us. The room was very hot all the time (we didn't realise you could control the heat via the gauge on the side until our check out) The beds were SUPER SOFT this is a matter of preference though,I'm sure some people love a soft mattress.

The property was situated right in the town of Keswick, lovely location for your first time in this area, like it was mine and my partners! it’s right by the lake also. It’s very good value for money! It supplied lovely views, it was comfortable, the service was absolutely amazing! the staff were very lovely and welcoming, letting us know about the weather etc, breakfast was lovely! a lot of options and it filled us up for the day ahead. The staff showed a lot of interest in our stay, making the experience very home like and even more welcoming. This hotel is amazing and I highly recommend

The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Bed was comfortable. Was an all round pleasant stay.

Place is a little Dated. Could really do with an upgrade. The breakfast service is a bit odd. I don’t know if that’s because it’s done differently. But we were given our toast as a starter. That is really strange. We got our toast and then it had to sit and get cold until our breakfast arrived 15 minutes later. The catered for my Gluten Intolerance bread wise but I couldn’t be told if the rest of the food was GF, So ended up passing what I was unsure of to my partner. Food was nice, just a shame I couldn’t eat all of it and the toast was stone cold.

Staff at this Hotel are 5 star, they were always pleasant always helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, scrambled eggs were to die for and the breakfast room had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. Room was lovely and sparking clean. Room had a nice view. Shower was a bit small and a 'larger' person would probably not be able to use it. That comment was meant to be helpful not rude. It was one of the best Hotels we have stayed at in a long time and its location was ideal. I also think the 3 star rating they have is unjustified. We will definitely be back.

In my opinion there was nothing to 'not like' at this Hotel.

Really friendly staff, great service on arrival and at breakfast. The food was superb and really set you up for the day! Rooms were clean and maintained daily. Parking was paid, but it was great to get the car out of the way. Was close enough to local amenities and a good 'base-camp' for access to exploring routes. All in all, great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The shower didn't adjust much (but that's just personal preference).

Crow Park hotel was lovely and welcoming along with it's hard working happy staff and had the view of the mountains and its lake of derwentwater just what I was looking for on booking.com This hotel set in its location is a short walk to it's local town and it's endless amounts of shops and restaurants was just spectacular, it was everything I dreamt of which came alive... So that means I shall come back and visit crow park hotel again very soon
