Greenvale Hotel

The absolute brilliance of such a home from home homely friendly welcome. I had travelled in the early hours from Cork to attend a Cartickmore Drama Festival I left word that I would be checking in late I arrived @ hotel 2am approx Was met by lovely friendly Martin Room was still nice cosy & warm especially as it was such a dreadful cold windy night . Woh what such a most comfortable stay Martin kindly arranged Breakfast at suitable time. Met Amy I & Amy 2 & Micky Woh what a breakfast absolutely fit for a king in one of the most comfortable relaxing ambience setting that I have encountered in my wide travels Amy was so attentive so caring & above all so interested in how was my stay etc Next morning

Absolutely nothing Only regret Only stayed one night 🙈 Greenvale Hotel is totalky under rated I Will most definitely be back & it could even be sooner than I had planned Take a big bow Micky & Team Absolutely 5 star 🌟

Staff were really friendly. We arrived at the check in time on booking.com which was 2pm.but were told by staff check-in was actually 3pm. We had a short wait for our room because of this. The room was really nicely decorated albeit a bit small, but we weren't going to be in it much so it was fine for us. Hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the town centre. Breakfast was cooked to order and was really nice.

Evening meal was excellent and the staff were very good and helpful both at check in and in the bar in the evening. The room was very good with everything you need for an overnight stay. Did not have breakfast as left early.

It was a good location, and easy to find. Good facilities and compared to other hotels was reasonably priced. Good car park and friendly staff.

We liked the setting - in quiet private grounds with plenty of parking spaces. Our room was well equipped with tea/coffee supplies and with toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the meals ( breakfast and dinner) were excellent.

Cute hotel just outside the town, (10 minutes walk). From reception to restaurant staff, everyone was amazing, so helpful & friendly. Breakfast was delicious, always rather food cooked to order over buffet style. Eggs were cooked to perfection!!

No negative comments, hotel was as described.

excellent staff alway courteous , helpful in every aspect of the hotel . The food was of an excellent quality and great value for money , the choice for breakfast is what you would expect from a good hotel but to say the quality of the breakfast was outstanding.

Breakfast and evening dining was first class.

I can't think of anything about the Greenvale hotel i really did not like. Perhaps your estimate of ten minutes walk to Cookstown center was a bit of a stretch.

The service was excellent throughout, the waitress who served me and my companion last night was excellent and the food was top quality, would recommend to anyone looking an easy, cosy night away.

Very friendly staff. There was a formal going on in the property one of the nights and I didn’t hear a thing it was brilliant and I will definitely be back

More fruit options for breakfast

A gem of a hotel. Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. The food is amazing.....plenty of choice and enough to feed an army. All the staff were friendly and chatty. A great base to explore the whole of Ireland 👍.
