Stephen, was friendly, chatty and very welcoming. The house was warm, very clean and well presented, The bedroom was lovely, very clean, facilities exceptional, the bed was very comfortable, tea/coffee making tray in the room and if needed a fridge was available to use on the first floor, which is great, when working away from home, Breakfast was superb, I got exactly what I ordered, poached eggs were cooked to perfection, the whole breakfast was served quickly and well presented. I will definitely return if working in that area again. well done.

We loved everything. :) The house is huge. The room was nice big and very clean. With big bottles of good branded shower gels, shampoo. Our kids loved the huge bath tub. We requested 1cot bed, it was in the room with a clean sheet when we arrived. It was very handy. They had high chair as well. It was really nice that they are prepared for small kids as well. For us it was a big bonus. The quest has a small fridge, freezer. And every room has a little bottle fresh milk in it with the room number for the tea, coffee. I think that was a very lovely idea. The area is very nice. The owners were extremely lovely. All smile, chatty and welcoming. My son was begging us to stay longer, i am sure the evening hot chocolate give him a boost :D The breakfast you need to order on the evening before so they could prepare. They had a lot of options. Everything was delicious. Different kind of cereals, yoghurts, juices. Hot drinks. Irish breakfast, fruits. I never seen salmon and pouched eggs in B&Bs menu, i loved it. We really had a great time there, even if it was only a short one. We will try to go back again.

Host very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask. Nice area for a good walk. Motorway close by. Good bed and shower. Superb breakfast. A takeaway is close by so that was my dinner sorted.

The only small thing was that I slept upstairs, in the loft which was ok, but de roof windows were high up so there was enough daylight coming in but I couldn't look outside. But for one day, it's was only a very small issue.

Delicious, hearty breakfasts. Comfortable, spacious room with wardrobe, drawers, table and chair, TV with USB port (saved me when my phone charger didn’t work!), hairdryer, and exceptionally clean en-suite bathroom. Toasty warm despite cold weather; my room had its own adjustable radiator. Host struck the perfect balance between enjoyable conversation and professional discretion, as I’m sure she has struck a different – and still perfect – balance with other guests. The host graciously removed my baby-related waste each day. I had my own key to allow me to come ‘home’ any time.

I had a very early shower one morning and ran out of hot water, perhaps because the boiler hadn’t yet come on. No big deal but a warning would have been welcome. The main lamp in my room was a cold colour; I would have preferred warm white. These minor complaints reflect my high satisfaction.

Lovely welcome, nice room overlooking the garden. Joan was very helpful giving walking directions to the local pub and telling us what we needed to know about our stay.

Breakfast was a disappointment. On the pre-order form it stated that there would be a choice of cereals and fruit juice, but there wasn't, and we weren't offered anything other than orange juice. There was no presence in the dining room so we couldn't actually ask when we realised that there was none available. We had to ask for more toast and eventually go and look for someone to ask for more tea and coffee. If we had known that there wasn't going to be any cereal, yoghurt, fruit etc we would have ordered a larger breakfast.

I was extremely happy with everything about this property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Great location for Belfast and the surrounding area. Would recommend 200% . We will definitely be returning. We have spent three weeks in Ireland both North and south. This B&B was by far the best. If your reading this review book you won’t be dissatisfied

Whilst I only stayed a single night, it was a return trip after a few years. Excellent communication prior to arrival, very clean, comfortable bed & excellent shower. First class breakfast & real value for money. This is how it should be done.

Nothing...all very good.

The house is gorgeous and incredibly clean! The location is great as it’s a little bit off the beaten track for anyone that wants to be accessible by car or taxi, but also wants to experience more of the countryside. My daughter was ill during our stay and they were incredibly helpful with that. I would definitely return to this property.
