We were in the sea view room with balcony, absolutely stunning views. Staff are super friendly, room big, breakfast was amazing, cooked fresh and good quality ingredients. There was WiFi that worked well, a good size TV. If you are a train enthusiastic this is the perfect place for you to stay, my partner likes a bit of train spotting so he was sat on the balcony all evening.

Mattress was a little firm for me but that's just my preference, could of done with another pillow but I never did ask and I'm sure if we did they would of sorted it for us. Shower a little small but useable.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel so I already knew what it was like it’s a lovely old hotel building and very well furnished and clean spacious bedrooms, it’s ideal for the train station and the beach plus the town centre, the breakfast was excellent and very tasty I had a small full English breakfast the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

I didn’t have any dislikes about the hotel and would be booking again next year.

the breakfast was a good variety to choose from and very tasty. the room very spacious and very clean. the location would not be ideal for some people, because of the trainline. for us the location was ideal for getting to the beach or about town.

the only thing with the room was a small shower cubicle, but we coped. the parking in dawlish could be better as there is a two hour maximum stay on the pay and display.

I was a little nervous of the self check in but all was easy and worked according to instructions. The room was spacious and well appointed with comfy beds and a useful kitchenette area. Breakfast was amazing, everything of high quality and cooked to perfection by the ever cheerful Lisa.

If I am going to be fussy a choice of a softer top pillow would have been the cherry on top of the comfy beds. The room was right next to a road so traffic noise took a bit of getting used to but did not disturb my sleep and we got used to it very quickly.

The staff here are lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and we'll decorated. It all looked fairly new. The beds were comfy. It was good value for money.

The room we were in. The hideaway, did not have a sea view and I really missed that. There was, despite being triple glazed, some traffic noise during rush hour. The shower toilet and basin were cramped. Parking is first come first serve so you may not get a space.

The breakfast was very delicious. We liked the choice and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The location was perfect for us - very close to the train station. The room was very comfortable.

The only downside was on the Saturday we went to a wedding (our reason for visiting Dawlish) and we were out about 4-5 hours, when we came back there was a key in our door (on the outside) and it was unlocked (I guess left by the cleaner?). I found this quite alarming, especially as our room was right by the entrance and it was left unsecured for several hours.

the room was amazing ! all of the hotel seemed very clean! all the staff were polite and helpful and friendly! would definitely stay again if ever visiting. the parking is first come serve, luckily I got one so was great! the photo outside is just along the front!

only thing I found was the king size bed was two mattresses together and found the middle a bit firm and the shower was a bit small but wouldn’t stop me from booking again!

The location was excellent as it is in the center of Dawlish Warren near to the railway station. The room was lovely with excellent sea views, the bathroom was on a small side but the bedroom was very spacious. It was clean and well decorated with kitchen facilities and a separate seating area. They did advise that construction work on the seawall was undertaken during the night, you did hear it in the background but did not prevent us from sleeping. The B&B has a self check in which worked well and the staff at breakfast the next morning were helpful and the food was excellent.

Although I didn't get the room I originally booked, there was a perfectly valid reason for this, and I was happy to assist. The breakfast was absolutely superb, as was the coffee (special request for extra strong coffee, which the hostess was happy to oblige!) I had a partial view (corner room) of the sea, which was a bonus.

There is a wee bit of mold in the shower which needs sorting and, sadly, I did not sleep very well. That could just be down to me, because the reason I booked The Blenheim in the first place, was the fact that the beds were fantastic.

Location is amazing in relation to how close it is to the beach, train station and town. Breakfast had so much choice, staff very friendly, shower was really good in terms of water pressure and heat, very comfortable and spacious room.

Kitchenette could have done with a chopping board and a sharp kitchen knife as the only sharp kinfe was a serated bread knife - I have no complaints otherwise. My son and I had a lovely stay.
