Beautifully decorated, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The owner was very friendly, making sure we got there OK and helping us find the best things to do in the area. She also prepares a delicious breakfast with eggs from their own free roaming (and highly trained) ducks. It was lovely to see the wildlife in the flower garden next to our room, perfect to get away from busy every day life. At the same time very close to Newport and central for visits all across Isle of Wight.

The facility was as described and the breakfast was delicious and made to order by the host/owner who is a delightful and interesting and informative man. The facility was unique and well situated to many historic sites within the Salisbury region. The owner provided excellent referrals to local dining opportunities and also made the reservation as a means of introduction.

regarding improvements.....none required..... this was a most pleasurable stay.

Nowt to dislike. Had a great time. Had a mishap in Newport with wing mirror. Asked Dionne if they had a bag to cover it up. She got her husband Richard to do it for me. Brilliant.

Very comfortable, clean room with everything I needed. Super comfy bed and big bath with an efficient shower. Lovely view into the beautiful garden - I enjoyed watching all the birds. Great breakfast with fresh eggs from the farm. Dionne was a fantastic host and makes you feel very welcome. I informed her about my dietary restrictions before arrival and she went out of her way to cater for me, which I really appreciated!

It was such a lovely stay, we literally can't fault it. Full english with cereals etc aswell if you fancy it, tea, coffee, lovingly decorated with all the amenities you need e.g. hairdryer, towels. Fantastic location - 9 bus right outside that will take you to newport or ryde both 10ish mins away, so you can get everywhere on the island. Lovely little garden. Absolutely spotless. Will recommend for everyone and anyone to stay there.

N/A. There are some reviews saying about the road but on foot it didn't bother us, you can just pop behind the hedge of the riding centre directly opposite to avoid the road between bus stops.

Very, very clean, lovely soft towels and plenty of them. Much much higher standards of cleanliness than hotels. Sanitiser and santiser wipes in room. Tea and coffee making nicely done, biscuits, tea towel, glasses in bathroom and room, mugs and cups and saucers,fresh milk provided in breakfast room fridge and cold water too. Breakfast delicious, fresh eggs from own chickens, bacon crispy...perfect for me. Modern furnishings, and bathroom, plenty of space, shower over bath, wider at shower end with glass door. Bed comfortable, three pillows each. TV, hair dryer, large mirrored wardrobe, loads of hanging space, some drawers and more draw space also in bed side cabinets. Large window so light and airy. Amazing view of feeders, great tits and wood peckers galore. Even saw red squirrel on feeder at front. Made to feel very welcome, felt like home from home. Only two guest rooms so quiet and we were looked after well. Was lovely to come back to at end of busy day. Dionne is friendly and great fun, but privacy fully respected. Loved our stay in double room with ensuite. Shared patio area too. Will be going back. Location perfect for main attractions.

Everything was great, from the warm welcome to the comfortable beds (lovely mattress toppers!) and my goodness, I reckon I could have eaten dinner from the floors, the place was that clean! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and served in a lovely bright room. Dionne was a wonderful friendly host and she deserves to be as recommended as she is. You’d be very hard pushed to find anywhere to beat this place. Views from the twin room are fabulous for nature lovers, never seen so many woodpeckers and I saw a red squirrel too! Would 100% return when next visiting the island. Thank you Dionne for making our trip so brilliant 😊

What’s not to like, as you can see with the smiley faces we were more than pleased with Goshens farm. One big bonus it’s so easy to get to the sites of interest from there so easily and decent eating places . Great place to stay highly recommend Dionne was the perfect host.Nothing Noep

Very welcoming. the accommodation was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was all you could wish for , and more. The bus service ran outside the property.

Lovely quiet location. Our host Dee was wonderful. Nice garden and views. Great breakfasts and chats. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
