The room was excellent and spacious. The food on offer at breaksfast was varied and delicious. All staff were welcoming and helpful. We received excellent advice at reception about the best ways to get to the places and people we wanted to visit. Receotion also booked taxis for us when we needed them.

The location is fine, but we felt the address suggests an even more central location. At the time of booking there was some likelihood we would arrive by train, probably at Glasgow Central Station. In fact, there is an excellent bus service from right outside the hotel we stayed at in Edinburgh, and we arrived at Glasgow Buchanan Bus Station. We should probably have taken a taxi to the Marriott, but I decided to walk, and it turned out to be quite a distance with luggage, especially as we had to keep stopping to check we were going in the right direction.

Rooms were a good size, with a double bed each! Shower was lovely, hot and powerful, unlike the normal drizzle you get from other hotels. Staff, especially the domestics were very friendly, always had a smile and a hello. Breakfast was very nice, and plentiful, pretty much eat until you’re full, and some! Had a couple of evening meals, which were also worthwhile. The gym was an added bonus, we enjoyed a few sessions in there, (which we needed after stuffing our faces at breakfast!) followed by the pool, sauna and steam room. All included in the price! The hotel is well situated, just a short walk to the city centre.

Not much really. I guess the bedrooms are a bit tired, but that’s all.

Was only a few minutes walk into the city centre although I would recommend taking a taxi back if you have shopping, room was spacious with a massive bed which was really comfy and the whole place seemed very clean they also had a smoking area out front that had a shelter and benches so you don’t have to stand in the wind and rain

The main lobby always seemed very busy and some children were knocking on doors late at night (tho this is not the hotels fault at all) maybe a certain floor should be for family’s with children? And designated times at the pool for adults only to give people the option of going when No children are around

The location of the hotel from Glasgow airport is about 10 minutes in a taxi. The hotel has a pool and Spa, and the staff are so helpful and nice, they will go out of their way to try and help you regardless of your request.

This hotel is not near any tourist attractions, and you will have to walk for 5-10 minutes to reach any local shops. I was quite surprised that the room didn't have a fridge or small accessories, like a toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and the toiletries were secured to the wall. The breakfast was average, compared to other hotels that I have stayed in Glasgow.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The swimming pool , sauna & steam room were a bonus and the reason we choose this hotel over any others in the city centre. The beds were comfortable.

The decor & furniture in bedroom were looking past their best. The room was a bit too warm - the thermostat controls were too faded to read so inoperable. We had to have the window open but given the M8 motorway is close by there was a bit of noise (we used ear plugs). There was a problem with the booking system on arrival - we had paid for 2 nights through booking.com, but the hotel had us booked for just 1 night. They sorted it quickly with minimal fuss. However 2 weeks later we were automatically billed for another night. I contacted the hotel and they reimbursed us, again with minimal fuss, but this was annoying. We did ask for a large double bed, and had noted it was our wedding anniversary, but we were given a twin room - we didn't ask to move.

Loved the welcome I got from the reception staff upon my arrival, they were kind, I was soaking wet & tired, yeah I got caught in all the wind, and pouring rain (Sat 4th Feb)Afternoon. I requested a fridge for my soft drinks, I don't drink tea/coffee etc, never have done! Only soft drinks/Fruit Juices. That was finally put in situ for me, THANK YOU. Leisure Facilities were fab, 🙋🏼‍♀️had it all to myself Sunday Am, although it's down a good amount of stairs from 1st floor. That's not so good if you're disabled🤔 I have MS but not in a wheelchair yet!! I know you can come into the leisure suite from outside, but again there are stairs Up to the entrance of the pool, Sauna, & Steam changing area! Housekeeping does an amazing job, the rooms & public areas are spotless. Bar staff are polite & helpful...

Stairs down to Leisure faculties. All Beveridge's are expensive..... Door being knocked on by Housekeeping at 9.05am, checkout was up to 12pm.

location is great, just off the motorway, parking was easy, close to city to walk in but away from all the bustle too. Room was clean, bright and spacious. good pillows, blackout curtains and big tv. pool and spa was nice and clean and well kept. breakfast was lovely and a good selection to choose from.

Had to wait a long time to speak to reception on all occasions. 4 or 5 desks but only ever two open, waited around 10 minutes on the first occasion. Room was very hot and stuffy, aircon loud and didn’t seem to be cooling the room, windows didn’t open enough to let air move either. mattress on one bed was worn and lumpy. could do with a fridge in the room. Labyrinth of corridors and stairs to get to leisure suite if we went the direction that reception directed us, much easier to go outside and round the building! Breakfast room was too cold with aircon, more so just above the table so didn’t feel comfortable especially when we had just come from a hot sticky bedroom.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and we enjoyed being able to walk through Glasgow City Centre almost daily. It was convenient having the train and underground within walking distance.

I would have given the hotel a perfect 10 had the air conditioning been working. We were there for 10 nights and it was broken the whole time. The windows only opened about 2 inches which was not enough to allow proper air flow.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and well serviced. All the staff were lovely. The room was comfortable and at a nice temperature. The accessible room we had was very easy to navigate and the bathroom was a good size and easy to use.

Some of the other guest were less than polite, but that is hardly the fault of the hotel and staff. Too few Blue Badge parking spaces, which were, on occasion, used by coaches. Other parking was available but not convenient or easy to use with a wheelchair.

Staff were superb. Very helpful and friendly and gave us a free upgrade. Room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels, and a good shower. Toiletries provided were high quality. It was very nice to get the room cleaned after our first night (lots of hotels don’t do this now). It was really nice to get biscuits with the free tea and coffee. Providing a bottle opener and wine glasses was useful. The fitness suite was great with lots of modern equipment, and it was lovely to have a spa on the premises. The hotel is tastefully decorated, well equipped, and offers lots of extras (vending machines, ice, a swimming pool, etc.)

Our bathroom fan didn’t come on so it got quite steamy. The sauna was broken and this was one of the main reasons I had booked this hotel. The restaurant wasn’t open at lunch time so we ended up eating out for all our meals. The hotel is close to the motorway (although no noise with window shut) so we couldn’t open our window at night to cool down the room, which was a little hot. There was a fan but it was noisy and inefficient. It is quite a long walk to city centre. It was disappointing that Wi-Fi wasn’t free in the room.
