The Fullarton Park Hotel

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Having the bar down stairs was very handy. Breakfast in the morning was only continental but there was lots to choose from and staff were very friendly and accommodating during breakfast. Theres lots of buses in to the city on a regular basis which was useful

My only concern was when we arrived back in the evening we were told to ring the bell and the night porter would let us in. We were stood outside for around half an hour whilst the night porter (we believe) kept looking at us standing at the door and even at one point coming right up to it to hoover but completely ignoring us. Eventually someone else opened the door to let us in.

Very easy to find, staff were very helpful with information regarding the stay. Room was as described, twin bed with tea/ coffee making facilities, TV and en suite. It was a warm day and they had kept the window open to make sure the room was cool which was helpful. It is within and above the pub but it's pretty quiet after midnight. As long as you aren't needing a quiet early night I would recommend.

We loved our stay here. The staff are so welcoming and so friendly. Our room was a great size, very clean and fresh. Little bit away from the city but there is a bus stop outside and there is 4 buses that take you right into the city centre. The hotel is above a pub/restaurant so bare this in mind before booking as the rooms are above, it is also in a busy road so you get the sound of traffic. This never bothered us as we was expecting this after reading other reviews. Honestly couldn’t fault this hotel, will deffo returning in the future. Also the food is great and responsible prices.

If you’re a smoker you have to walk through the bar to get outside, this might be a little intimidating on busy nights when the bar is busy, maybe they could have a separate smoking area. Still, never bothered us.

The bar was full of life and staff were amazing. If you looking for somewhere to stay with a great atmosphere, this is your place. I travelled here alone and the staff made me feel more than welcome. The bar was lively, yet the rooms are far enough away from the bar so that you can get a great nights sleep if you want an early night. I would defiantly stay here again.

No complaints really, there was a small issue with the shower which was rectified within 15 minutes. Again the staff were more than accommodating. I cant complain :)

Great little place to stay, brought my son up from the Midlands. Superb for a quick stopover, staff and management were really friendly. Just what I needed and I will happily stay there again.

I stayed a single night and there was nothing to dislike, as it had what I was looking for.

Our continental breakfast was appalling but the lovely guy was trying to help us all he could. He didn’t know how to make a cup of tea so we helped him. He was a lovely friendly guy, he did try his best but it wasn’t his fault because obviously he hadn’t had any training. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was small but very clean and suited my needs. The bar was excellent and the staff very friendly. The restaurant was very good and although we arrived back late from the football the waitress and the chef made an effort to ensure we were fed.

very clean and comfortable, had the deluxe double room for only 29£ that's unbelievable cheap, bar and restaurant downstairs wich is very nice and handy staff is very very friendly !!

very old door, one of the bedside drawers broken but nothing terrible, very happy for service is worth 30-60£ to stay there

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Shared toilets and bathroom were clean.

I haven’t expected a lot for this price, I couldn’t order full English/Scottish breakfast in the morning, maybe because of Easter time. I don’t know.

The staff were very friendly. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced. The restaurant and bar looked to have been refurbished which was very modern.

The room was dated compared to the facilities downstairs but was clean.
