Space was clean and tidy albeit small but when we were only in there for the bed it was ideal! The bathroom was modern and cozy! The little space with the sofa was a really nice touch! We had a lovely view of the shard! Getting in the building couldn't be easier with it all on your phone and worked without a hitch. I don't know why people have such and issue here. We had a great time and personally great value for money considering it was the cheapest hotel within the distance we wanted. Fairly close to London Bridge Station approximately a 10 minute walk and the walk is very pleasant. Even walked through very late at night and felt safe.

The location was ok to access Tower Bridge and other attractions as not too far a walk, close to bus routes and underground stations, local cafes and Tesco shop were convenient due to place not offering breakfast but not a big issue. Liked how you could use your phone, via their app, to access your room so easier to enter room. Netflix access on TV was a nice bonus. also having a fan in the room helped with temps due to room not having a window. Loved the USB ports on the wall plugs, helped when charging phone and tablet.

Tightness to get into shower cubicle.

- Location was great. Plenty of buses to choose from to get to the centre. - The room was very clean and cozy despite being really small. - Provided plenty of fresh, clean towels. - Staff were friendly. Responding on the app and calling to make sure I knew how to access self check in.

- The walls were thin and windows quite old. Could hear the cars from where our room was situated, a bit difficult to sleep. -No way to regulate the temperature to cold, only heater available. I can imagine how warm it would be in the summer, seeing as opening the window would let more noise in. - Sink was really small, but given the size of the room, it makes sense. Just messy. - Light fixture was dim, would be great to have a brighter option, seeing as if we rolled our blinds up, people outside could see us clearly.

I chose the hotel based on location. I opted for a larger room with a window. It was a beautiful room. Large in size for London hotels. Very comfortable sofa and bed. The heating was working well and I was warm at all times. Extremely clean and my towels were changed daily. Helpful staff. No need for keys, just a mobile link to operate the entrance and room doors.

The traffic noise at night felt as if it was in the middle of the day so sadly it kept me awake. It would have been a bonus to have a breakfast option, but I just went local and it was OK too.

Easy self check-in process, no reception, so if you need to speak to someone, you call. Clean room and bathroom. Great customer service as we called for room service. The room and bathroom looked new like the day we checked in.

For the price of 2 nights, it was expensive. Think we were the only ones on the floor, which was nice, was given the smallest room, but it was adequate. Bathroom was freezing cold and plants growing along the crack of the bathroom door. Tea facilities was great on varieties but only 1 milk sachets was provided - need to add more.

Well equipped and comfortable There is no reception - all check ins are online with passcodes for the doors. Helpline number available 24 hrs - I called late and got through immediately. Very helpful Great location and reasonable rates considering. Windows had been left open so property was cool and airy when I arrived Would definitely use again

Small, but not a problem if you are just using as a place to crash for the night

Hassel free entry with code that was sent to me in email. Peaceful and quiet. The room was small but very clean. Bathroom was small but again very well maintained and sparkling clean. Location was close to bus station. Plenty of restaurants just across the street. Great value for money.

In this price I am finding it hard to think of anything. I would not want to bring family and kids in the small twin room that I had.

Well appointed and very clean. The bedroom size was larger than I had expected. The self check-in and unlock procedure worked well. Tea & coffee making facility and decent quality towels and toiletries was more than I expected in a budget setting.

A noisy street location, although the provision of ear defenders at the bottom of the stairs was a nice touch.

The room was perfect for a night stay for uni. It was a small room but since it was just me that didn’t matter! The bed was comfy and the heating was cosy. The bathroom was modern and clean. I liked just having a code to let myself in when I needed.

The skylight roof didn’t shut which made me feel uneasy. No full size mirror but that didn’t matter too much.

Cosy, comfortable room with charming character. My room had a large shower with plenty of hot water.

I was surprised by how many stairs there were in this property with no lift. You will not encounter any staff to help in person, it is all over the phone. My room was a little run down, for example, the sofa looked dirty and the bedside shelf was not attached to the wall securely.
