Residence Inn by Marriott London Tower Bridge

Very nice room. Breakfast was delicious. Despite being located approx. 15 minutes from the tube, the neighborhood is amazing - there are many nice restaurants and cafes in a walking distance from the hotel.

There was a problem with electricity. Apparently, since we were charging our laptops (through adapters), we somehow used too much electricity, and our adapters broke down at the same time. This has never happened to any of us before. The staff did not help us to solve this issue, hence we were unable to charge our device at the end of our stay.

The location, comfortable bed, kitchen facility and friendly staff are all very good. Having free washing machines and dryers were a bonus, although the dryers take at least 2 hours. The breakfast is quite generous although not all high standard e.g. hot dishes were often cold

The lifts are noisy and shudder . The room doors are difficult to close quietly therefore everyone bangs their doors which is very annoying as the bedroom area is next to the corridor. The ensuites are very small for such high priced rooms. The gym had no products to clean down the equipment after use.

The overall place is good and spacious and quiet. The breakfast is great loads of choices. The staff are friendly. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful interior. Accessible near the underground.

Just crowded during breakfast limited seats.

Room was a really good size, nice and clean and well stocked. Nice touch with the espresso machine. Good shower. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the team worked hard to keep it topped up - difficult task on a busy Saturday. Lovely front desk team. Location was great, 10 mins from London Bridge and lively area.

Beds weren't the comfiest but weren't the worst either but didn't ruin the stay. The aircon was extremely noisy so we couldn't leave it on at night. There weren't enough tables at breakfast so we had to stand whilst we ate the there was no order or help from the staff when people left to prioritise people who had been waiting, it was just whoever pushed through first. None of it was enough to dampen our stay but just worth noting for staffing assistance at breakfast.

Staff is pretty kind and flexible, we were allowed to check-in a bit early and leave our luggage in a locker after checking-out with no extra cost. Good variety of options for breakfast and room was good size, comfortable enough. Location is central, with nice options for going out for dinner or coffee, close to Borough market, Tower Bridge and another good attractions.

Bed was a little bit squeeky and pillows were not the most comfortable. Small details here and there, but in general terms I think it's a very good option to stay.

The staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating Breakfast was tasty and wholesome with a variety of choices. We liked the location. It was close to London Bridge station

We stayed for 7 nights and they offered us a small room for three of us but as soon as we talk to the reception they provided us with a suitable room for the next 6 nights. We found the staff friendly accommodating and professional.

Lovely friendly greeting in the morning by staff. The selection of breakfast amazing there was something for everyone. I never felt rushed. So relaxed. The location was brilliant not far from attractions and trains. Next time I would use the washing facility for cloths and would not take as much luggage. When seeing house keeping it was great to see all clean cloths all different colours that I would imagine used for different area. They kept the ace smalling great and our room was serviced to a high standard.

There is nothing to complain about we loved it and are planning already for next year.

Great location with restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by. 10 mins walk to The Shard, Tower Bridge etc. Room was small but well equiped and classy. It was also very quiet, couldn't hear any other guests in other rooms at all. Breakfast was a serve yourself buffet with plenty of choice and options.

Unfortunately the showerwas only warm rather than hot and the bed was quite a bit smaller than expected which could be a problem for some but wasn't a massive issue for us.

We stayed here as it was close to The Shard ,my family were celebrating my daughters 21st bday. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and staff couldn't do enough for you. I had fantastic communications from the staff before my arrival and whilst there. A birthday package was arranged In the deluxe room 101 which was an amazing room , fabulous space , 2 lovely bathrooms , warm , cosy and was just a great experience all round. Worth the 2 hour travel we had from where we live in the UK. We had 3 breakfast included which we collected and took back to our room to enjoy as it was that nice. Will definitely come back . Thankyou for everything ❤️

Excellent breakfast! The rooms had EVERYTHING we needed including a kitchen. There were complimentary laundry facilities. The workout room was amazing. The location was in the trendy bourough market/london bridge area. Cool coffee shops and restaurants. An awesome upscale resale shop right down the street Overall it was an excellent place

The dryer didn’t dry our clothes quickly. I had to put the load in about 4 times before they were dry. I understand this is a thing in UK though🤷‍♀️
