The overall place is good and spacious and quiet. The breakfast is great loads of choices. The staff are friendly. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful interior. Accessible near the underground.

Just crowded during breakfast limited seats.

Lovely friendly greeting in the morning by staff. The selection of breakfast amazing there was something for everyone. I never felt rushed. So relaxed. The location was brilliant not far from attractions and trains. Next time I would use the washing facility for cloths and would not take as much luggage. When seeing house keeping it was great to see all clean cloths all different colours that I would imagine used for different area. They kept the ace smalling great and our room was serviced to a high standard.

There is nothing to complain about we loved it and are planning already for next year.

The staff were pleasant, helpful and accommodating Breakfast was tasty and wholesome with a variety of choices. We liked the location. It was close to London Bridge station

We stayed for 7 nights and they offered us a small room for three of us but as soon as we talk to the reception they provided us with a suitable room for the next 6 nights. We found the staff friendly accommodating and professional.

We stayed here as it was close to The Shard ,my family were celebrating my daughters 21st bday. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and staff couldn't do enough for you. I had fantastic communications from the staff before my arrival and whilst there. A birthday package was arranged In the deluxe room 101 which was an amazing room , fabulous space , 2 lovely bathrooms , warm , cosy and was just a great experience all round. Worth the 2 hour travel we had from where we live in the UK. We had 3 breakfast included which we collected and took back to our room to enjoy as it was that nice. Will definitely come back . Thankyou for everything ❤️

The location was good - only a short walk to the tube station. The unlimited tea and coffee provided downstairs was great. I liked the gym and laundry room. The room was cosy and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The nespresso machine in the room was not working. The housekeeping staff could not understand my problem. The heater / thermostat took quite a long time to reach a comfortable temperature (unlucky because there was a cold snap). The cooker took quite a long time to heat the food.

We only stayed the night but everything was so clean, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early to leave our bags and it was just as breakfast was finishing but we were offered to go help ourselves, this was much appreciated after a train journey with no buffet cart left us feeling quite hungry. Would definitely return.

There is 2 Residence Imns quite close to each other and Google maps took us to the wrong one and kept trying to take us back to the incorrect one so I would say to double check your heading for the correct one

Great location near Tower Bridge. Many different restaurants, cafes, and shops around. Cozy and comfortable hotel room.

Since we had chosen this hotel to celebrate my mother's birthday, I asked the hotel staff to make a small surprise for her on the morning of her birthday. The hotel staff kindly told me they would do it, but unfortunately, it was not done. It was very sad.

Really nice space ,very comfortable with great facilities and in a good location - great to have two televisions and the kitchen is well equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly and it was good value for money.

The kitchen area wasn't cleaned to the level I would expect -a couple of the utensils and the cupboards were a little grimy . It would be really helpful to know that the hob plates don't work unless you have a pan on them !

Perfect location and the room was beautiful and the perfect size for my family.

The mould in the corners of the shower both inside and outside was a bit irky for me but that's just a pet peeve of mine, otherwise the bathroom was clean. I also thought Sia at reception came of a bit rude when I apporoached her about a room key which wasn't working. A polite "I beg your pardon" in place of a "what are you saying????" goes a long way. Overall perfect stay and I would definitely visit again

Great hotel, the staff are super friendly, the room is clean and has a lot of amenities. I stayed during the weekend and they serve breakfast from 7am - 11am which was really delicious! A mix of hot and cold foods, pastries, coffee, juices etc. It's also a 10 min walk away from London Bridge station and close to lots of food places and borough market. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time i'm in London.
