Eurotraveller Hotel - Premier - Tower Bridge

We have no complaints about the facilities or staff. We had to arrange lots of taxis - see below- and the staff were excellent

The location was a huge disappointment - the name of the Eurotraveller - Tower Bridge - is hugely misleading being a long way from the nearest tube. My husband has breathing difficulties and we could not contemplate the walk so have paid over £150 for taxis. We think you should consider making it absolutely clear in the property description how inaccessible this hotel is to a tube. We have contacted you via customer service to request some form of compensation

Plenty of choice for breakfast in a self service setting. Location was perfect and within walking distance of some great places to eat out. I found their luggage storage facility really useful.

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this place.

Central location. Walking distance to plenty of shops and take aways. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms have a fridge and safe for you to use.

It was a bit snug, windows didn't open. Furniture was a tad bit dated BUT extremely clean.

The hotel was fabulous, amazing Air conditioning, staff informative and extremely helpful, bed very comfortable, pillows amazing!

The location is great for the bus route but a good 20 mini walk from tube stations. You don't want to be stook on a hot bus so we chose to walk which was fine from Tower Bridge tube but the someone in the hotel told us Elephant Castle tube was closer..... PLEASE AVOID AT NIGHT......we ended up in a very unsavory part of town and felt very unsafe, however never felt that walking from Tower Bridge, with lots of transport passing by.! Buses are frequent and cheap and the route from To tower Bridge is much better also we got a taxi one evening and it was not too expensive.

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary and basic things. The bed and linens were very good, I slept as good as being home. I really liked the window, it wasn’t facing the Main Street so it was cozy and quiet. The bathroom was clean and efficient. I liked the fact that they had a separate faucet for filtered water. It was all very practical.

The chair in the room was not comfortable at all. It seemed outdated and crooked. I kept sliding off the seat and could not find a good position. The heating and AC vent was very loud and I kept turning it off because I rather be cold than not be sleeping because of the noisy fan. My room didn’t have a no disturb sign to hang on the door, so I asked at the front desk not to be disturbed or have anyone come in my room but they still came in. I don’t get terribly upset about things. People make mistakes, we are all human.

Noisy outside, but great location in terms of travelling round London by bus and tube. We stayed for three nights for a wedding and general family catch-up. We were delighted to find we were on the direct bus route from Kings Cross and to Peckham Rye, we couldn't have planned that better! It was also easy to get up to the West End to see a show. The room and bedding were clean and the beds comfy. The staff were friendly and efficient, and we liked having food shops nearby plus the Tesco superstore 5 minutes away. Once we got over the shock of the noise and busy-ness, we enjoyed the multicultural vibe of The Old Kent Road.

Very, very tired decor and fixtures. Water started slowly dripping from the overhead panels in my bathroom on the final night. However, the fact that things were clean and tidy and we got the rooms for a good price offset the general grottiness. We would stay there again for a night or weekend.

We had a family room for 4 which was accessible with the small mobility scooter. The room was clean and comfortable and was at the back so was quiet. We stayed over the St. Patrick's Day weekend and although other reviews said about disco noise we heard nothing. The downside was the shower curtain which was covered in soap stains and dirty---so we couldn't use it. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but there was no restaurant for an evening meal. We were however able to get takeaways which the staff brought to our room. The area is quite run down but anyone we spoke to in the shops etc. was helpful and friendly. Transport was very good. There were frequent buses near the hotel which went close to Buckingham Palace and one to the Tower of London.

spotlessly clean. professional staff. excellent room facilities (loads of plugs, doubles windows, strong hot shower, plugs including selection of international plugs, separate drinking water tap!!!) there are no carpets all tiles so excellent for asthmatic or allergic people i don’t normally do reviews but this place clearly has had thought put in to make it as easy a travel experience for guests - well done eurotraveller i will book again when needed

its all good really, if i was being super picky the large mirror in the room could have a means of covering it for those who prefer that also a bidet shower next in the toilet would be perfect

What lovely people. I had originally booked at Sonder hotel as it is nearer to my venue, but changed my booking to this hotel because I do not have, and do not want digital ID. This hotel was much more helpful and less "bossy" than Sonder, and cheaper too! I needed help with finding bus numbers etc and the guy at the desk found them quickly and correctly for me. The immaculately clean room had a window I could open and for me that is a key element in getting good sleep, which I did. My room was peaceful . I would stay here again and recommend it to friends Highly recommend

Tiny faults were that the shower was hard to reach and water rather hot even on the lowest setting. A coat hook would be an improvement - I used the ironing board hooks I have nothing more to write in the didn't like box....
