The location is excellent, right in front of the underground station that connects directly to Heathrow Airport. It's a very central address near to shops, restaurantes, bus stops and other underground stations. Very easy to di everything by foot. There were so many restaurant options that we didn't have time to try them all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We spent 8 days and everything went perfectly.

There are only two elevators and they are very small (4 people capacity). During busy hours like check-in or check-out it's impossible to use them, so we had to take the stairs. One elevator was broken for one day, but they fixed it the following morning.

The location is superb if you are going to London as a Tourist . It is right in the center of oxford street . love it . The bathroom amenities were good , water pressure in the shower was excellent . The bed was very comfortable . The staff were very helpful and tried their best to cover the shortage at times .

They failed to let us know when booking that there is a construction site across the street . Noise can get to you easily if you are there to relax . The phones in the rooms were not working . The AC made a loud noise when working . The reception was understaffed at many times . The breakfast is very modest with choices .

The room we booked was not big, but OK for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable, but for 2 people somehow small (ca. 135 cm). The bedding, pillows and the duvet were very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Lara - you rock! The hotel location is great. Some guests were mentioning that marble arch or oxford street underground stations are near to the hotel...well they are near, but if you have luggage, just get out at Bond Street station, and you will be just vis-a-vis the hotel.

The carpet in the room has seen its best days, it looks awfully durty and spoils the whole impression of the room. If you do not want to be woken up at 8 o'clock in the morning by the cleaning personal, do not forget to switch "do not disturb" sign on.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location was also superb, just steps from Bond Station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

The only downside to my stay at this hotel was the elevator. The sound it made was quite alarming, and it made me feel a little uneasy every time I used it. However, It is probably just due for a renovation. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Restaurant Staff excellent and welcoming, Sabig & Heera & Chedra & Yildiz - it was a pleasure to see them at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for them. Filter coffee at breakfast was excellent. Nice bathroom and lovely toiletries all that you need. Excellent location just on Oxford Street, safe area and great if you are in London for shopping.

Room was cold on arrival but they provided an extra heater. Safe was not working but maintenance fixed it so all good. Rooms and beds are way too small. Reception girls not welcoming. They need a more responsible manager at front office.

- Check in process and reception staff were fantastic, really appreciated the friendly and welcoming nature of everyone we met especially after an exhausting long flight. - Location is great - Bond st train station is literally next door making getting around very easy. - Breakfast was of a high quality with both buffet and a la carte options. - Beds and linens very comfortable and good quality - Bathroom good and housekeeping also inobtrusive and swift.

Extremely small gripe and certainly not a deal breaker - I had a 4 night stay and the breakfast options were the same every single day without variance. Would be really good to have some variety from day to day. The food options that were on offer though were of a high quality and thoroughly enjoyed.

Great location for a stay in London. Went to see The Prince of Egypt and dinner at The Ivy Marylebone - both were just a short walk from the hotel. Great breakfast delivered to the room. Hotel is clean and staff are very welcoming.

Room was dated and needs a refurb. Some rooms have been refurbished but we weren’t allocated one of them. So be sure to ask for a refurbished room when you make your booking!!! Stayed at the Radisson Edwardian Hampshire on Leicester Square a few times and it’s beautiful and has a luxe feel but the Radisson Berkshire on Bond Street is much more basic. Still worth a stay if you need to be in that area!

Location was amazing. Most staff friendly and welcoming. Room lovely and spacious.

Kettle and coffee machine had nowhere to be plugged in. Had to put them on the floor - not good with mobility issues and an Autistic daughter! We booked in as soon as we arrived, but the room wasn't ready so we went shopping. When we came back, another member of staff tried to book us in again, despite me telling him twice, in different ways, we had already done this. He didn't listen to me, the member of staff who booked us in had to intervene. I felt he took this out on us, as he felt humiliated. Breakfast was lovely, but a little weirdly set out.

The hotel is in an excellent location. In the middle of Oxford Street. Very close to the subway. Our room was very basic. Without any uniqueness - a bed, a closet, a sofa for sitting, that's it. Small but comfortable shower. The air conditioner worked but noisy. There was no noise from the street. The breakfast pleasantly surprised us. diverse and delicious. During our stay, the hotel underwent renovations. There was no noise. But the lobby was not active. On the day we left, the renovations were finished and the new lobby seemed pleasant to sit in. As for the receptionists, it depends, some were generous and pleasant and some were really not. In conclusion, for those who are looking for a relatively basic hotel in a central location, the hotel is absolutely suitable. For those who are looking for a luxurious hotel or with uniqueness and the like, it is less suitable.
