Great location very nice staff

The photos of the apartment were obviously very old. The apartment needs a total upgrade for the price. It looked like it had not been decorated in 10 years or more. The bed linen and towels were excellent but the apartment was in need of an upgrade.

Spectacular location only a few steps away from Oxford Circus. Spacious for central London. Full sized comfortable bath. Very clean, daily service offered. Great internet, streaming etc. The welcome food and drink pack was out of this world, and an absolute life saver as I arrived in the very early morning before any shops were open. I have already booked for next year and highly recommend the property.

There is no view and some of the windows are blocked off, I suppose for privacy as other apartments back on to them. This really isn’t a problem but it would have been an added bonus to have a view (given the location it would be difficult, I understand). There is no lift, but in business hours the staff will help move your luggage. The only real negative was that some idiot guests decided to set off the fire alarm at 0530 as they left, and as there are no staff on the property outside of business hours we all had to wait in the street until the police and fire brigade had been. I hope those guests are prosecuted.

Excellent place to stay if you need to be in central London-just a stones throw from Regent's street with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and the quality of the stay overall was excellent-lovely little outside terrace, large living space and 2 good size and comfy double beds-ideal for a girls stay in London and really good value for money

Our top floor apartment was up 5 flights of stairs so good for the steps but would not be suitable for anyone who is slightly infirm or unfit!!

Superb location for shops n theatres. Great tube connections including Elizabeth line 150 metres from the property. Well equipped apartment Has aircon in bed 2 and living space Fridge came with water and milk and there were nespresso capsules and tea bags. Staff were friendly and had put Prosecco n balloons in the apartment for a birthday treat

Property is clean but tired and needs a freshen up on paintwork and dusting of plants. Needs aircon or at least ceiling fans in bed 1 and 3. Good to have 2 terraces but also needs a sprucing

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant, so near to everything.

The property is described as a two bedroom apartment. I have stayed in plenty of apartments/hotels it is more a one bedroom duplux apartment. The second bedroom is above the lounge and yes there is a curtain but it is not a separate room and should be charged accordingly. The apartment also had plumbing issues which we did not report, as only staying one night and we had to check out by 11am. Be prepared for dustcart lorries early morning, plus service veichles. Note there is no lift and many stairs to climb to the top!

It was a plesure!!! The staf is greate and the place is clean. The location is wonderful!!!!

The stairs is a problam...

The location is outstanding, a stone’s throw from Oxford Circus. The apartments are super spacious for central London, and are clean and well fitted out with everything you need for a self catered stay. There isn’t a washing machine but there is a in house laundry service which is very reasonably priced. This was my second stay here and I have already booked a third.

As is frequently mentioned, there is no lift!

We had two occasions of lack of water in the apartment which caused a two hour delay in our morning schedule (on a very short trip) as well as not being able to take a shower after a long day. Also, the apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator which is inconvenient, especially with young children.

This aparthotel is all about the location - you can't be more central! They are having issues with the brickwork of the building and we were locked out one afternoon while the fire brigade secured the wall after the scaffolding was hit by a truck. Not their fault and they did have workmen for the next few days patching up the front of the building.

The apartment looked like the photos just a lot older and worn, def not as glamorous and new! Even though we were made aware that there is no elevator, the stairs were a lot, especially in the heat with cases. There is a small reception area on first floor where they offered us space to keep our cases but the last day but it was full and they wanted to leave our cases on the landing next to front door. Not ideal and not really a professional set-up. It's not cheap accommodation and it's not luxurious for that price but the location was fabulous!

Great location. Perfect for restaurants in Mayfair and shopping on Regents Street. Oxford Circus closest tube. Air Con. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine. Coffee, water and milk provided. REN toiletries in the bathroom. Ergon Deli a couple of doors down does fabulous breakfasts. Mini market across the road.

Due to the location there was traffic noise pretty much all night and into the early hours so be aware if you are a light sleeper. They have tried to reduce the noise with additional sliding windows but you can still hear the traffic. Shower is compact. Fixed shower head makes it a bit full on as there isn’t room to move out of the way of the water If you’re trying to avoid wetting your hair! Shower cap required but is provided !!
