Courthouse Hotel London

Excellent accommodations. The room was very comfortable and the king size bed was firm, just the way we like it. The room temperature was perfect for sleeping. The location opposite Carnaby street was very convenient for shopping and dining. All the staff was attentive; however, I want to give a big shout out to Concierge "Night" Mohammad who, from the first night until the last night of our stay, made our visit a delight! He was always accessible, personally explained all about our room, the hotel's amenities & its very interesting courthouse history. local dining, etc.. He was concerned about us and the well-being of my son & grandson who were also staying at the hotel. In fact, he brought tea and honey to our room in the middle of the night when my husband was feeling "under the weather." A true English gentleman!

Considering the amount paid for the nightly rate, we feel breakfast should be included for everyone.

reading the reviews of the hotel i was wary. However, I chose it based on the location which was excellent. the hotel may not be five star, but it is very good. the staff (especially Ramadan at breakfast and the doorman) were helpful. you don't even find such staff in a five star hotel. the breakfast was not very good but ramadan made it great. the only negative was that the room door did not open with the cards, however the next day they found us a room to change

The staff is very nice. The location is perfect. The Hotel is very nice and clean. The bedding is so comfortable! The swimming pool is nice and warm. Everything is at our disposal to spend a good time there.

The breakfast is good but for this type of hotel, I was expecting more variety of choice (possibility of different eggs cooking, fruit puree, more variety of pastry and bread...). We just encountered a problem as we didn't get our key and had to wait for the day after due to a problem with the machine. But the staff was very considerate and the concierge very helpful. And there wasn't any bottle of water in our room (as indicated) when we arrived but they rectified the following days.

I booked this for my Daughters Birthday stay. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and offer a great service. The reception staff on check in are really personable and the room was ready early for us so we got to check in and go out for lunch. Location is ideal for shopping and close to everything you need. The rooms are large and spacious, clean and have everything you need. We where offered a free upgrade as it was a birthday treat! I would defiantly book this again if I wanted to stay somewhere in London and needed easy access to get places. Great value for money.

The Spa wasn’t available - this is my 4th visit and it has always been fully booked or not working - beginning to wonder if there is a Spa!!

I believe this was our 5th stay at the Courthouse Hotel. We find the location perfect for a visit to the London Palladium, it is just around the corner. We arrived early expecting to have to leave our luggage at the front desk but we were pleased to find our room ready and waiting. The receptionist also gave us a room upgrade to a larger one. We do not take the hotel breakfast as we prefer to find somewhere nearby to eat.
