The Mandeville Hotel

Deluxe Room was spacious n bathroom has 2 showers, one even had a tub, water flow was excellent that makes showering a pleasure! hotel is very convenient to walk to Oxford street n underground train. All the staff were helpful and polite, very obliging with genuine interest to help.

The tap water after boiling is white n murky. believe this is not the hotels fault. maybe hotel can give complimentary mineral water 2 bottles a day to supplement the poor water quality from the tap.

This hotel was remarkably well positioned to most attractions, shopping, and a massive amount of eateries! It was close to Bond Street, Oxford Circus, hyde park, and Marble Arch. The shopping was great and we were spoilt for choice when it came to dinner each night with a little alleyway-type street full of eateries at the end of our street. We found some cute little places to go for breakfast within a 10-minute walk as well and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to go, like Trafalgar square and Hyde park. The concierge desk was really friendly and helpful as well and would grab you a taxi, or tickets to things very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London on holiday!

There was not anything that we didn't like really, and everyone was super nice and helpful - if l had to think of something, their onsite dining room was very expensive and we only ate there once, due to the cost. Much cheaper to go just down the road to the eatery alley as we called it!

the staff was amazing! especially Ken. really enjoyed everything about my stay and the location is perfect.

Location was amazing, close to bond st underground, Wallace collection is a few steps away, walking distance to most attractions, lots of food options around. Just great all around, overall staff was amazing!!! we landed at 7am got to the hotel around 830a, and they were able to check us in , we did not have to wait till 3pm for check in, also we requested later check out and we were accommodated. AC worked great.

To be honest , I thought the room was a bit small, it was two of us and it felt a bit small. Also shampoo/ conditioner was not replaced daily ,but when we asked it was delivered , overall an amazing place

The staff were absolutely stellar! Top notch throughout! Really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone at the front desk and the concierges, as well as housekeeping staff. In fact, one of the concierges recognized us while out to eat the day after we checked in - so lovely! The location was also incredible - close to everything in Marylebone, which is exactly what we wanted. And the decor was really cute. I loved the teddy bear in the toy Jaguar and the witty wallpaper.

Minor things: the ceiling around the air conditioning vent needs to be vacuumed. Also, the joint grout outside the stationary door of the shower needs to be regrouted/recaulked. Most people likely wouldn’t notice but I’m a real estate broker and I can’t help looking at details.

Great location...close to Marylebone Hight Street and 10 mins walk from Oxford Street. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed...Bathroom excellent with great shower... Didn't have No complaints at all

The hand shower need maintenance , also the A.C place is directly to the bed so it was bothering me , finally I need to refresh the card daily to open the room

Quiet room well appointed - housekeeping helpful. reception staff very helpful. location for work very good- transport links excellent and safe at night. Attention to Covid issues well done and majority of people complied in the hotel reception area and lifts. well done reception staff for sticking to the safety first and firmly encouraging guests to wear face coverings. Not easy but it makes those of us who are working feel safer.

Breakfast - serious concerns around health and safety, multiple handling of utensils and serving spoons, staff need to either wear face coverings properly or not bother. Self service in pandemic is fine if the area set out allows for safe flow. It does not. Serious consideration needs to be given to table service only or a different layout. I stayed for several days and after the first day felt too unsafe to eat the breakfast i paid for

Great breakfast, great location, great staff especially Carlos who met us on our arrival at the door and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble.

Hot rooms, little noisy and a waffle machine that people kept putting a waffle in and burning so the breakfast room was Smokey , leaving clothes smelling.. get rid of waffle machine.

Despite being a little late checking in we received a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was fabulous exceeding our expectations, well appointed with great views and very importantly a super comfy bed. Over and above everything the staff were were super helpful, very polite and friendly. Marylebone village is a fantastic location for great restaurants, pubs, bars and shopping from the traditional hardware store Penton's, 100+ year old English delicatessen Paul Rothe & Sons to Selfridges and many individual specialists in between - you could spend a day just wandering! All in all a Home from Home for us and we will be back - A huge THANK YOU to The Mandeville Team!
