Hotel Indigo London Tower Hill, an IHG Hotel

The room was lovely and modern, however small, but considering it is in the centre of London it was to be expected. The bathroom was clean, but like the bedroom far from spacious. They let me checkin early which was really helpful and overall the staff was very friendly. I had to work from the hotel for a couple of days and it was quiet if you left the windows closed (which could get a little stuffy)

The bathroom did not have much space to unpack toiletries as they had packed most of the shelves full. It was the same in the bedroom, gorgeous decor but meant limited space to unpack and I stayed for 5 days.

Fabulous location a stone's throw from Aldgate Underground Station and so close to Tower Hill. The staff went above and beyond to help me arrange for some extras (balloon, wine) to be in the room upon our arrival for my partner's 30th birthday. The room was large and had everything we needed and more, including various teas and coffee, and snacks in the mini bar. It was such a lovely stay, we were sad to leave!

Great location - minutes away from tube and DLR stations. Room was a good size and very clean. Room highlights were quality linen, towels, toiletries and complimentary snacks. Receptionists helpful and friendly and checking in and out was completed quickly.

Rooms were only serviced on request. We were there 4 nights and would have liked it freshened up after two nights, but forgot to ask. Perhaps sorting out a room service day when checking in would be helpful.

Very large and comfortable room , good quality furnishings and decor. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful

Breakfast was dissappointing, cook food was not very warm and basic. Felt the dining /breakfast room was greatly underused and lacked any character- didn't seem to be used at all through the day . Plenty other hotels nearby with lively bar / cafes

The staff were delightful and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and they sorted me out an excellent one on top floor and couldn't have been more helpful. My room was spacious and comfie with huge windows and two seats plus table. Quiet and stylish. Whilst choice at breakfast was limited, it hit all the right notes for us and excellent value for money. There is no doubt that I would stay again.

We forgot body lotion, and there was none provided or tissues, but that's all.

I like the location and the character of the hotel, especially the spacious bathroom and comfy bed,...al in all, an excellent choice.....and to be fair considering we're in the epi-centre of London,...very quiet indeed,...no complaints, (we chose not to have breakfast, preferred to relax and have 'brunch' out elsewhere) as we were dining out on both evenings.

No complaints, don't have any options to do better, because we enjoyed our stay as much as we did.

it’s so handy for transport all over london we had a great stay and the beds are super comfy i had such a great sleep

the only downside is if you like one last drink in the hotel that’s not an option here as no hotel bar but other than that it’s a great location and a comfortable nights stay

Fantastic location, throwing distance to Aldgate tube, easy access to Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Tower of London, Katherine docks. Super quiet, comfortable mattress, excellent black out curtains, great shower, very clean,

Pillows uncomfortable, would have been nice to have a couple of pieces of fruit in the mini bar.

The hotel is conveniently located with two tube stations, Tower Hill and Aldgate, and a bus terminus nearby. It feels pretty safe. The room and bathroom are stylish and modern with a large wardrobe.

The lobby is pretty small. The shower area is a bit too open that it's easy to splash all around.

The breakfast was fine first day but 2nd day took an hour to arrive (and that was after chasing a couple of times) and was stone cold when it did arrive, couldn’t eat it and had to send it back and leave without breakfast as we had a train to catch
