This is a small room in a block of rooms and in an ideal location very close to Liverpool St Station but at the same time incredibly quiet. There is even a little communal terrace outside the windows, with your own table and chairs. The stairs and outside the room seems like student accommodation and you have to bear in mind that there is no lift. The staff are very friendly and particularly the person who checked me in.

The bathroom is rather small and the shower leaked onto the floor even before I'd used it. But it was all clean. The very helpful person on check-in kindly carried my large suitcase up the stairs to my room and a kind fellow guest carried it down when I went to check in but I imagine it could be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

Location was just perfect. 6 minutes walk to Liverpool Street station. Surrounded by multicultural restaurants and pubs but room itself was peaceful and quiet at the same time. Bathroom was amazing, great shower and warm water 24/7. Bed mattress and pillows were very soft. Housekeeping was very thorough.

Room was very small as compared to pictures, and we could hardly open one suitcase and walk around. The double bed was smaller even for a couple of slim build. Stairs are very tight, u r prone to hit ur head (well actually i did). Not at all wheelchair accessible.

The room is clean, spacious and well facilitated. The staff are very nice and helpful and respond promptly.

The staircase to upper floors are steep and a bit dangerous. I have a number of luggages and the staff member was very helpful to help me take the luggage upstairs.

Locks made going in and out easy with 4 adults and a teen. Didn’t have to worry about cards. Really cool areas in walking distance. Any type of food and/or grocery very close. We had two bedrooms with 2 baths so for the price it was excellent.

No fans in bathroom, air conditioner made weird noise every 10 minutes. One bedroom was very dark with weird green light in bath. Very noisy below windows from street. It didn’t both me but if you are light sleeper would be terrible. Steps were quite steep.

The flats were clean and nicely spaced out. The interior design was very stylish and classy! 💓

The biggest flat we got (LC1-where 5 people were sleeping), the sofa bed for the 5th person was not prepared well..Although there was a mattress protector and a sheet over it, there was no pillow or blanket provided for them :( so we had to ask from other rooms. There were also not enough bath towels for 5 people, so some of us had to use the smaller towels which was awkward. We had no time to go and ask reception for these items because our itinerary that day was pretty full on and we were away most of the day and only came back to the accommodation at past midnight! It would have been better if these were already provided and prepared ahead of time.

The location was fab. The access was easy. We had a family room which was huge with two bathrooms.

A little bit tatty around the edges but good for the price 👍🏻

the stairs are quite narrow. very busy location- very noisy right through the night so may not be suitable for families!

Excellent location, 5 min walk to Liverpool Street station, good pub directly opposite. The accommodation staff were very hospitable and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfy indeed. A great cafe ' Polo ' just around the corner directly opposite train station, serving great breakfasts, very friendly staff there also. Brick Lane and Spitalfields 10/ 15 min walk away. Would recommend.

Shower cubicle not really big enough, although shower very good, and space between sink and shower very limited. Stairs quite steep and not ideal for anybody with walking difficulties.

The young man was most helpful got us to take a photo of key code to front door and accommodation door and checked that we could do it OK... room was on the 3rd floor so not good if you have mobility issues the room was spotless lots of kitchen equipment microwave/kettle/toaster/fridge usual utensils...bathroom very clean and shower a good size ....shampoo/shower stuff provided as well as tea/coffee/milk/biscuits.....we would stay again as central to a lively community and not far from liverpool station so excellent for national railway line and tube....we were early checking in but we were allowed to leave our luggage so we could start exploring

We found the front door to our accommodation but didn't know what to do as nobody about so we went next door (to your left) and that's when we met the helpful young man ...so really not a moan just us confused but will help the next lot of guests

Very close to the tube station. The rooms are very small, but are clean. Front desk staff was helpful. They provide a range of dishes and cutlery. It met our needs as we were mainly in the rooms to sleep.

The washroom had strange green florescent lighting. The windows have poor sound insulation; you will hear all the street level noise from the nearby bars and restaurants (not great if you are a light sleeper). Getting luggage up the stairs will be challenging for those with mobility issues. No room safe for valuables.
