it’s a brand new hotel with great location and really friendly staff. Underground is literally 30 sec away. great hot breakfast is served with delicious waffles.

One of the elevator was up n maintenance and it the other one was feeling overcrowded.

Room was lovely and clean and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic , the only thing I would say was for the capacity there could do with more coffee machines though the staff did try to keep on top of the queues for drinks by making the coffee in the machine behind the counter.

Our room was cleaned and 4 dirty towels were replaced by only 2 we called reception to request 2 more and were told housekeeping would bring them we waited 30 mins still no towels we called again and were told they'd send them straight away 20 mins later still no towels there were 4 of us staying in the room so 2 people ended up not showering that morning, not the end of the world but seems like a careless mistake to make which could have been rectified a lot quicker.

The value of this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations or the amount I paid for it. The decorations, staff, breakfast, or any other aspects, I loved it. The only downside was that the air in the room wasn't very good, but I guess that's probably a common problem with any London hotel.

Staff were great. Lovely new hotel. We had an AC issue but staff resolved it straight away. Very helpful. They hold luggage if you arrive early / or onward plans are late after check out. Room and facilities very clean.

A little untidy / dirty in the immediate area around the hotel but easy access to tube station and great ease for Tower of London so fine for us.

New property…very close to Aldgate East tube station. Breakfast was good with gluten free options also Staff was very nice and friendly

The hotel room itself was very quiet. My family sleeps with a white noise machine anyways, but usually in hotels there is still a good bit of noise. That was really not the case in this hotel, we always had very quiet evenings and mornings(we stayed 5 days), which is a big deal for me. The shower was very nice and spacious as well. The staff really went above and beyond to help my family too. We had a lot of luggage with us, but when we were leaving and calling out Uber for the airport there were 4 or 5 employees helping us get our luggage to the street and in the car. All in all it was a very nice stay.

The breakfast was good/fine.. but it never changed the whole time we stayed. And there was no bacon. Obviously not a big deal but we were definitely missing some! Also, the staff that was working when we arrived was a bit odd. We really needed help with our luggage to get to the room, and the manager on duty was very clear to tell me twice that they do not offer concierge services and that he would make an exception. We were definitely glad for the help, but he made me feel like we were an inconvenience to him. Which at a hotel, isn't a great feeling. The staff for the rest of our stay was very great, including the female manager. Every morning she brought fresh cut watermelon slices to my daughters.

The hotel has been recently opened, so everything was fresh and new. The rooms were quiet, with everything necessary (even an iron and an ironing board). I especially have to point out the helpfulness of the staff. On the first day I requested plant-based milk and to my surprise, every morning after that I was provided plant-based milk without needing to ask for it. The head of breakfast remembered me and each morning approached to confirm if I wanted my plant-based milk. What a service! In addition, the hotel is located well. It's only about 1km to the Tower of London, and there are 2 metro stops about 5-8 min walking distance. All in all, we were happy with our stay and I don't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Our room had a window, but the glass was covered, so there was no view to the outside. It didn't bother us as we mostly just went to sleep there. But if you're planning to stay longer in the room, perhaps ask for a room with a view.

Location Hotel is new and very clean

Build site next door and had hammer gun in use at 8am woke us up and was really noisy.

This was a very late same day booking after needing to work late in the office. Searched on booking.com and found this hotel. It is brand new and has only been open for less than two weeks. Location is superb for the City. I could see my office and all of the London landmarks from my bedroom. My room 619 was on the top floor and as the end room on the corridor I think it would be bigger than others as had what I can best describe as a lovely little snug area with a table and sofa. I cannot fault anything, super little desk and lots of electrical sockets for recharging gadgets. Shower amazing and everything so clean and modern.

Very little to fault and this hotel will be very successful due to service, location and cost.

The staff were exceptional. We arrived early morning and were given an early check-in by Bianca which allowed us to rest and freshen up before heading out. This really was a blessing. In fact all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The cleaner even checked in with me to see if anything needed doing. The rooms were new and well appointed. As expected, the room was on the smaller side but we still fitted a family of 4 (two teenagers) comfortably. Excellent location to the train and there was plenty of places to eat in close walking distance. Breakfast in the morning was also great and had more than enough to keep all of us happy.

Nothing. We would stay again.
