Hyde Park Executive Apartments

The room was nice, spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well and it was quite clean as well. The location was really good near next to kensington palace and to Bayswater which is a busy and nice neighborhood.

First of all the bed was really soft (but that is a preference), the thing that i did not liked was that there was a charge when to leave our luggages in the reception the next day after the checkout. I have been to numerous hotels in london and this is the first time that this is happening to me. Apart from that everything was really good

Very close to underground station and Kensington gardens at a very good price. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. After reading some of the reviews, I was worried about our stay but it smelt clean immediately when walking through the doors into reception and the room had been recently cleaned as we arrived.

Rooms were quite warm as there was no air conditioning but was bearable with the windows open.

The location of the property was perfect. Less than 5 minutes walk from two tube stations and Kensington Gardens. The room was a decent size with a small kitchenette which was perfect for making tea/coffee before we set off for the day. Also within 5 minutes walk are numerous restaurants and supermarkets. There is no breakfast available at the hotel but this wasn't an issue for us as we like to go out for breakfast and there are plenty of options in the area. You can go to their sister hotel a few doors down for breakfast if you wish. I don't know how busy the hotel was but we didn't hear any noise from other guests during our stay. We arrived late and when we got to the room, one of the bathroom lights was on the blink so kept flashing when the lights were on. As it was late it couldn't be fixed on the spot but we were moved to another room without issue. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

While the room and bathroom were both perfectly clean, the decor was a little tired. The only issue we had was that it was impossible to watch the TV from the bed without getting a crick in your neck due to where it was located - on the wall above the bed. Otherwise we didn't have any problems.

You can hear everything around you, walls are thin, a little expensive

The room was big and spacious. The location was perfect! Very close to two tube lines as well as beautiful Hyde park, which meant enough shops and around 15 min to get to almost all attractions in Central London. I loved the fact that security was there latter at night in the street which was a big reassurance for a lone woman.

When I was leaving, I did notice a cockroach in the hallway, but the room itself was very clean. A lot of doors needed to cross to get to my room, which sounds stupid but with more than one luggage on carpet, it took around 7 min for me to get outside. This is minimal as it was only when arriving and leaving. The hallways to get to my room also passes outside (tiny indoor courtyard) which means when it rains you’ll get wet for around 5 seconds and hear the rain very clearly from your room.

My husband who is 86 had to be very careful going down the steps from the front door to the pavement as no railings he can hang on to

Great position opposite Hyde Park and with two tube stations, supermarkets and take away options in the next road.

Staff were polite , room was up to standard for what you pay for! Definitely dated and bed and mattress not great but all clean to a good standard, properly running water , nice big French window overseeing the a lovely hyde park street and rooftops. The street is quiet! In terms of location it doesn't get any better, simply a min walk away from Hyde Park, Queensway tube station 2 min walk away and Bayswater tube station no more than 5. Very happy with all especially in terms of whst they charge per night for this building and location.

We did not , not like anything in particular. Of course if the quality of the bed and matress could be improved that would be great. Other than that all very good for the type of accommodation that it is and the absolutely fantastic location.

The location was fantastic for us two minute walk from Bayswater tube station, which is only one station from Paddington Rail Station, which was ideal for us. The room was basic but clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, a request for an extra pillow was quickly dealt with. Nearby there are plenty of restaurants of every description and a Sainsburys supermarket for supplies. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are about 100 meters away

It was very hot weather a fan in the room would have been ideal. We had all the windows open due to the heat, and there was a constant noise of a compressor in the background.
