The property looked to have been newly refurbished and whilst compact, was well thought out and beautifully presented. Bed was comfortable, kitchen facilities were useful and shower was outstanding. It was nice to have access to a small balcony.

Only minor things. It would have been useful to have some hooks to hang up wet towels etc. A complimentary supply of tea & coffee sachets would have been helpful. TV was mounted flat to the wall and it was hard to see when sitting in bed. Would have been helpful if it was mounted on an angled bracket. We initially didn't understand we had to go to a property over the road to check in at reception as there was more than one door and the e mail telling us had arrived after we had set off on the trip.

We loved the location right on Kensington Park where we could get Santander bikes and ride all the way to the London Eye, etc. with ease. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, everything looked new. There was a nice little kitchenette with more cooking utensils than we imagined. The reception was very friendly and they were able to store our bags before and after check in/check out for free. There was also a nice almost rooftop terrace that anyone could use. Easy walk from Paddington Station.

Location was very convenient with lots of eateries, grocery stores & 2 underground station, Bayswater & Queensway. Also liked the kitchen was fully equipped. Laundry is accessible at the basement but need to have own detergent. Shower was really good pressure and temperature control. During check in, credit card was pre-authorized for £250 but this was cancelled within 3 hrs of check out. Early arrival before check in time of 3pm, bags allowed to be kept with reception. However, this is on space availability basis on check out as prior given to check in guest. Nevertheless, Ms Jasmine was very kind to look after our bags eventhough the reception was full of baggages on our check out. Overall great value with clean rooms.

Toilet sink is tiny and no hooks in the bathroom. Need to bring own suction hooks to hang towels in bathroom. But these are very minor and can be managed by bringing own suction cup hooks, like i did. Prepare yourself based on guest reviews.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street literally metres from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. In the very next street there are restaurants, shops, pubs, supermarkets, coffee and two metro stations as well as bus services. The location is excellent and is easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself is freshly renovated and had air con which was a bonus. There was also a cooktop, microwave and fridge which was great. It was good to have a bit more space rather than a typical London hotel room.

Being a brand new apartment they were missing a few items such as a knife, dish cloth and tea towel. Once we asked for these they were provided.

The property is easy to find and only a short walk from two different tube stations. Also, whilst the property was on a quiet street a very short walk away was lots of shops such as Sainsbury's and Tesco Extra... MacDonald and KFC. Along with some nice eat in restaurants. Check iwas easy, with two nice gentlemen who where helpful and welcoming. Once we had gotten the key, and got in the building I was really pleased at the cleanliness. I think it must of been remodeled recently? The room although small had everything we needed; small kitchenette with coffe pod machine, kettle and microwave and again was really clean. Good towels and bedding, we had a good sleep and woke feeling refreshed. The TV was large and positioned to be able to see from all the beds. I loved the shower, really good water power. Especially after we had been on the tube all day, very refreshing. Check out was easy and again the gentleman were happy and welcoming.

I'm not sure if there was WiFi available as we didn't ask and wasn't given a code or anything. As the room was a base it wasn't a problem though.

The studio was a good size, clean and comfortable and was in a building with lovely features and a very pretty terrace area on the 1st floor. Everything seemed to be exceptionally well maintained. Location is very close to shops, restaurants, 2 underground stations and Hyde Park. All seemed very new and I hope they keep up the high standard as I would be happy to stay again.

A teatowel would be helpful and was only thing missing from the self catering facilities. Bathroom doesn't have a towel rail or hooks. It is quite a busy road with nearby building works so a bit noisy when the window is open.

Excellent location, just 2 minutes from Hyde Park. Refurbished apartment, compact but very comfortable. Large bed, clean towels, excellent shower, microwave and 2 plate hob. All new. No oven despite description in Booking.com. Reception were very friendly, professional and efficient. We got early check in which was appreciated. I would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend for a short stay. Apartment number 227 in 13 Inverness Terrace. Excellent shops and restaurants within minutes walk. 15 minutes walk from Paddington station (Elizabeth line from Heathrow). They have a lovely tiled garden on 1st floor where you can enjoy sitting with a glass of wine.

The owners have clearly taken care in designing these apartments. Their service was excellent when we asked for something. Everyone we met at receptionn was very friendly. so nothing we didn't like.

The location was great, lovely area with great local cafes on Queensway (can wholeheartedly recommend Opas for Souflaki after a late return from the concerts in Hyde Park!!), excellent transport connections and so close to the beautiful Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. The room was immaculately clean when we arrived and the team on reception were very helpful, friendly and efficient - 24 hour reception was a great feature as well, as we had to leave at 4am to get an early flight. We were really impressed by the presentation of the room and the quality offered.

The space was a little limited given that our room was for 3 people and had a double and single bed in it, so we didn’t have a lot of room to move around, and the shower room was very small indeed, but the room had really good facilities (excellent water power in the shower!) and we were fine for our 2 night stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent! Close to two main tube lines (central and circle), Paddington Rail Station and the beautiful Hyde Park. Also just one street over had plenty of food/restaurant options. The room was well appointed with the kitchenette. The A/C worked perfectly and I loved every minute as London was quite stuffy during our visit. If/when I come back to visit London I would 100% look at this location to stay at again.

Beds were stiff/hard. Great for some but I have a bad back/knee/shoulder and I could only sleep due to exhaustion from walking all over London. A foam topper on beds would go a very long way in comfort. Space was a little tight in the room and bathroom but not terrible. As an american I guess i'm used to everything just having more space. Luckily i'm of average body size and found no troubles in the room. But if you are larger than average than you may have a hard time in the bathrooms.

The place was well localized, we were a couple minutes away from the circular station. Plus, there were lots of options for food nearby, from breakfast to dinner time. It was nice that the room had options to heat food and water, and the TV had a large variety of streaming apps, if you feel like watching something while the people with you get ready. The toilet was good and the beds were very comfortable.

It was kinda confusing to check in, as the entrance is in a different building. The room they gave us was underground, which wasn't a problem, but I would prefer a ground floor or higher since it had a bit of noise from water.
