Queens Park Hotel

The rooms we stayed in were immaculately clean, we were nervous with the current bed bug crisis so done a full bed check and was quite surprised that even the mattress was immaculate and the hotels and room smelt really fresh. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were going to a concert and didn’t realise we needed to print them off and the staff were more than happy to help out!

The room we stayed in was tired and I think unfortunate as we were beside a door at times noisy although we still slept well. We were nervous about staying with some of the other reviews however if you’re looking for a hotel to just get your head down at night on a budget I’d highly recommend this hotel, if you want a hotel room with a more luxurious feel with more amenities than just basic then look else where.

The location was excellent, very near the tube stations and Kensington park. We had 3 rooms triple and quadruple rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good, plenty of everything and the staff were friendly. Overall while not the fanciest of hotels it was comfortable and excellent value for money.

The triple room was a little more dated than the other 2 rooms but it was clean. The rooms aren't large and not particularly luxurious but they had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities. Overall more positives than negatives.

Lovely little hotel, great breakfast variety, and the taste was amazing, very friendly and accommodating, absolutely amazing and lovely bathroom with lots of amenities which was nice. There was plenty of clean, fresh towels. Great staff team and a lovely area to stay, 5 minutes' walk to the tubestation and lots of shops, convenience stores close by. Overall lovely hotel i would book again but short stay only.

We stayed in room b101. Hair dryer was on an extremely short wire could barely dry hair, the chair was broken at the join where the back legs was and it nearly collapsed on my 2 year old son, the air con didn't work and the room was absolutely boiling hot so hard to sleep. The view outside the window was not nice paint was all chipped very dusty would look better if it was spruced up with abit of paint and some flowers etc, also the security light kept turning on outside the window all night lighting the full room up also causing lack of sleep.

New and clean room, new bathroom, Aircondition in the room was nice, comfy bed and pillows, closet and box in the room, Tea kettle in the room

window in room was toward a wall could been better view, small room, bathroom was less than 2 meter to the bed, not the best choice. Would have have been nice with a fridge in the room to have cold drinks, there was space for it. Asked the cleaning lady to clean the room everyday but during the 3 days we stayed, she never changed the pillow case or sheets. She only changed the towels and filled up on the coffee/tea in the room. The hotel is good if its a short stay

convenient to 2 tube lines, a good variety of services and places to eat, we felt safe walking in the area, pleasant professional staff, very attentive to our needs, wonderful shower with hot water and very comfortable bed.

room was way in the back, 315,would have preferred a street side room, but it WAS quiet until the next to last night, a group of people with rooms on our hall and a elsewhere were loud and running, slamming doors, talking loudly until the wee hours of the morning… I heard them at 2am, did not look at the time after that, but they WERE awake and running, not the hotels fault though.

Didn’t have breakfast , room was ok opened curtains and was a wall in front so no outlook at all, went to get into single bed but had to crawl up the bed as wedged between to walls so found it difficult due to health problems . Look at the wall and dried snot stuck to the wall . Apart from that was lovely different room would have made all the difference as we was near top floor and my friend couldn’t use lift . Did say to staff but wasn’t bothered also had to pay £50 deposit for room and was told on arrival we would get it back by 3 o’clock on the day of leaving. But that wasn’t the case we left on Wednesday at 8 o’clock in the morning and it’s Monday and still not received the deposit back so be aware when paying deposit as they wasn’t truthful .

I put what I didn’t like in wrong box and didn’t realise so the good parts was it was clean and comfortable.

Lovely staff. We had requested as light and quiet a room as possible. The allocated room was ground floor, tiny, dark, had a small high up window which looked on to a wall, about 1 meter away! I asked if it was possible to change to one looking out into the street as it was triggering my claustrophobia, big time. She kindly and quietly upgraded us free of charge to a deluxe room which was at the top of the hotel, freshly refurbished, still small but adequate size, spotless and with a great outlook over the roofs of London. To be more sure of this type of room though you must select deluxe option. Excellent wide selection of breakfast food. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the tube and entrance to Kensington Gardens.

We both decided a trip to London. We stayed at the Queens Park Hotel, 48 Queensborough Road, Bayswater. We arrived from Hammersmith Bus Station at the Hotel after we used the London Tube. The staff were very friendly. The Breakfast was very good and good value for a buffet. The twin room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I fully recommend the Queens Park Hotel in London. Another thing, we could leave our luggage in the hotel not only if a room is not ready but also when you check out and you need to go and visit somewhere. We checked out and left all luggage, went out for couple of hours until we went home.

We had few problems at night with our key fob but soon it was sorted out by one of the staff at night. Thank you.

Very quiet room and there was an electric fan in the closet for use, which I needed for sleeping and didn't expect to have so that was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very friendly and accommodated my request for another pillow. Easy check in and out. Close enough to walk to underground station. I had to book this room last minute and did not expect much but they exceeded my expectations.

The view out of the window is the only complaint I could make, it was of a back alley but I only needed a one night stay and didn't mind it.

The rooms are in great conditions, they were recently renovated. The service were also great, even though we booked the room within short notice they managed to have it ready especially with a cot for the baby. The location is amazing because it is just one street away from Hyde park which is very beautiful and many restaurants and shops around, also it is nearby to underground and many bus stops. I totally recommend it, we had a nice experience.
