I've stayed before but was upgraded this time which was lovely. The room was beautiful and the extra bit of space was great. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The terrace has a lovely view over the rooftops towards the Shard. The whole hotel feels safe and calm.

The showers only have the rainfall shower heads which isn't great if you don't want to get your hair wet but shower caps are provided. In this room the shower was in a bath, and the shower head was right on the edge of the bath next to the shower curtain which wasn't that enjoyable, the water pressure wasn't brilliant either. There was also no milk in the room but i was given the upgrade last minute so in their defence there wasn't time to stock the fridge. All in all the room was lovely.

We got to London by train and the plan was to stay close to the city center so we could watch a bunch of musicals and shows over the weekend. The location of this hotel did not disappoint. Super close to the Farringdon Station, you could take the metro (the "tube") pretty much to everywhere. And for those who like to walk, it is just a short walk away from St. Paul's Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge. Was even close enough to a barber shop to clean up before the evening events! Rooms were quite good. Decent space, good bathroom. TV didn't work, but oh well, nothing that got in the way.

Can't really remember anything. Would probably stay here again.

Reception staff very friendly and accommodated an early check in for us which was very useful as we were heading ti a wedding and needed to change. Decor of the hotel was excellent.

The shower was slightly disappointing. A lovely bathroom and shower area but pressure was a little poor. Tea/coffee station in corridor also a great idea however when we returned at night the machine wasn’t working on our floor and then in the morning the same. The cleaner said to use the one on the other floor. Bit strange walking around a nice hotel in your pjs!

Wifi in room was so weak as to be un-usable. Staff were very helpful and restarted router but didn't help. They were very accommodating and allowed me to sit in the (closed) restaurant, where the Wifi was good. i was presenting in a large virtual conference so a little awkward to have to do this last minute, but staff tried to help. Pantry with Coffee and tea on each floor was nice touch.

Wifi as mentioned is just not usable. Breakfast was disappointing and expensive. A bowl of Oatmeal, glass of OJ and a cup of tea for 17Euros + VAT!!

Great location, very close to the venue where I was working. My room was quite spacious for a Central London hotel, bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. WiFi (when it worked) was fast.

WiFi wasn't working on my arrival day (a Sunday) although this was fixed the following morning. The restaurant is closed, so contrary to my expectations the hotel does not provide evening meals. When I asked for room service, the only option they could provide me was a club sandwich.

The room was a good size, well laid out, a bit quirky L shaped but worked. Everything was clean and simple.

Check-in did not work between Navan and the hotel. The hotel did not recognize the virtual credit card. This was later resolved after a few communications but it took the edge off the experience. The windows have shutters instead of curtains which are a bit fiddly to open and close There seems to be a 'watcher', on the roof opposite, who took an interest in the hotel around the wake-up / breakfast time.

The room was very clean and big. Space is something that is really important to me when I’m traveling. The staff was very helpful and nice all the time. Also, there was a cute card with my name on it greeting me along with cookies and a bottle of wine. The room was equipped with wine glasses and a cork screwer. Also, the hotel offers free coffee, water, milk and cookies (delicious ginger cookies, btw). The bed and pillows were very very comfortable.

There was no fridge in the room, which was a bit disappointing for me. I like to get some groceries and keep them in the room (yogurts and fruits), and I couldn’t do that. Also, although the room was nice and comfortable, the chairs and the table are not very trendy. However, the hotel was more expensive than other five star hotels nearby.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. A beautiful , fully-working sash window looking over a very pretty, quiet square. We really liked the 'pantry' on each floor, stocked with spring water, tea, coffee, ice and fresh (hooray!) milk. We also liked the proper-sized glasses for water in our room - it's really the little things that make you comfortable - and the corkscrew and proper wine glasses. Good shower, lovely towels and linen... we liked the absence of those nagging little notices, warning you not to nick the bathrobes or ask for clean towels, that you get in most hotels.

Everything was lovely.

Booked a 1 night stay at the Zetter as we were attending a concert at the Barbican Centre down the road. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Farringdon tube station so well located and in a really nice quiet part of the city. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the start and accommodated my request for a quiet room, locating us on the 4th floor in a "corner" room (sort of the tip of this triangular-shaped building) overlooking a nice quiet seated area down below. The size of our double room was great... nice and spacious and much bigger than I had expected. The bed was possibly a little smaller than I'd like (a double bed to match a double room I guess) but the shower area was nice and the shower just a joy to be under. The only thing lacking was an ironing board and iron in the room but reception soon sorted us out with one! Didn't stay for breakfast as too many great choices locally at a cheaper price than the hotel offers.

Not a lot! Could have been an ironing board in the room but not a major issues. No bar in the hotel, only one attached to the restaurant that closes fairly early, which was disappointing but the staff did say they could provide drinks and room service from their sister hotel, the Townhouse. Still, plenty of options locally so didn't really need the bar or room service!

The staff were professional and accommodating—all professionals, kind and rapid. I think the hotel should value such a caring staff. Anastasija in reception made sure to meet all our requests; we checked in earlier into a room we expected. The room size was perfect for us; it was clean and quiet. We certainly will revisit this hotel.

The reception desk was closed for refurbishment, and the reception was temporarily located at the bar. Room was dusty. I left a magazine on the desk in the night, and when I woke up to pick it up, there was such dust on the magazine that made both of us sneeze. The rest of our experience was perfect. I also think the hotel can do better with the quality of the tea, coffee, and toiletries; however, I understand that running a hotel could be an expensive business and may require compromises.
