The Bryson Hotel

The prestige room is spacious, free toiletries, located close to Central London, good pressure of water, clean bed and floor, reception available 24/7, decent wifi connection, a good smart TV which had a variety of channels available.

The toilet wasn’t cleaned before we came which wasn’t a pleasant sight, the AC didn’t work correctly - had to contact reception to give access, very thin walls as we could hear people in the rooms opposite and above us; we didn’t expect this from a prestige room as we paid extra, some of the facilities from the room were missing but after informing the receptionist they were provided.

Hotel is located very conveniently close to a metro (underground) Farringdon station and bus stops, close to restaurants, Tesco express where you can buy bottled water and some groceries. Room is not very large, but it is enough space to rest after a busy day, bathroom is not small. Bed is large and comfortable. Air conditioning was working well. Small refrigerator is helping a lot. A staff is very friendly and ready to help. Samuel at a front desk was very friendly and proactive to help and answer all our questions and to give a valuable advises. We also got a converter to charge our phones. And we got a surprise from a hotel: a plate filled with grapes, bananas and strawberries delivered to our room. It was very nice! Thank you!

Didn't like a view from the window: it was a wall. But it didn't bother us much, we were returning to a hotel at night. See through door in a bathroom is good when you come with your couple, but with kids it is a bit tricky.

Fantastic location, short walk from/to Farringdon Station. Super convenient to get to on Elizabeth Line from Heathrow as well as to get into central London. Room was comfortable, had everything I needed for a 1 wk stay for business & leisure. Bed was comfortable, had a small safe and fridge + kettle and basics. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I was also able to store my luggage on the last day before flying out.

As the room faced main road, could have done with sheer curtains/blinds for privacy. There was also a street lamp directly outside my window. Room was a little worn but clean.

The hotel was in a nice neighborhood, near to the Underground station and a short walk to restaurants. The room was the perfect size and had big windows that I could open if I chose to. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff came by every day. This room was perfect for a solo traveler.

The light above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. I looked for a way to turn it on but couldn't figure it out. I probably should have mentioned it to the staff but It wasn't a big hindrance though. I was still able to style my hair and get on with my day.

The location was in a neighborhood section of London - easily within walking distance of multiple restaurants with various cuisines. Also within walking distance of major museums and sites as well as the Farringdon underground stop. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and quiet. The room had a electric kettle, coffee and tea supplies, and a refrigerator.

The room was on the small side, but I've grown to expect this for this price point in some of the major cities (I.e. NYC). This made for some awkward furniture placement - you had to hold open the closet door to use the mirror. This was not a major detraction and we would have no problem staying here again.

The room was clean and as comfortable as could be expected for the price paid. Good location for access to trains and buses, and several attractions within walking distance, e.g. British Museum. A couple if decent restaurants very close by. Iron and ironing board provided in room was a good feature.

Facilities fir making hot drinks and eating in room were more limited than expected, as was storage facilities for clothes, e.g. nowhere to hang coats up and only a few clothes hangars. Breakfast was over priced and could only be eaten in room, but nowhere to eat it comfortably.

We found the location good and fairly close to Kings Cross

Excellent location with a small supermarket close to the hotel and many restaurants. The room is very comfortable with many facilities, like minibar, iron and hairdryer. The shower was really good and the bed very comfortable. The central air-conditioned worked very well, even with hot days in London and the staff is very friendly, specially Samuel that always gave many good tips about London. Sorry to forget all staff's names, but all of them were really friendly as I mentioned. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I do not have any complain about the Hotel.

The staff was professional, friendly and always very helpful. Our room was clean. The size is just ok. Hot water and a pleasant rain shower. No noise from any neighbours.

One early morning there was a false fire alarm, which can of course happen, and is still way better than a real fire. Though probably exciting, we'd preferred another hour of sleep. Still, staff was very responsive and solved the issue quickly.

Location was great for a one-night stay - very close to Farringdon station and we wanted to be close to the Elizabeth line for direct Heathrow access for our return trip. The room was as stated - large bed, small desk and chair, wardrobe with mini bar fridge, and two large windows that opened for fresh air! The A/C was welcome with the warm weather. Extremely large fluffy towels appreciated! The bathroom had a mish-mash of various amenities (all different brands - not sure why). We were looking for a room with all these facilities and easy access to the Tube, and that's exactly what we got! (Also convenient for an early morning run, as you can head straight down to the river on Farrington Street and then run along the Thames Path on both sides of the river.

The bed was a bit saggy, despite trying to keep to one side of the bed, seemed to always end up rolling towards the middle of the bed.
