Good location. Contemporary clean room.

For a hotel near so many tech businesses, the tech was terrible. £10 charge for usable wifi. unsecured wifi. no streaming TV options. no ability to connect to TV.

Everything the staff were all friendly from the check in staff to the bar and restaurant guys perfect location with the Angel tube station a ten minute walk away would definitely return here again

Looked the design of hotel ! Hall ways, breakfast, bedding and bathroom ! Fabulous

The front desk staff!! I booked twin beds and when we go to room it was a double bed ! We went back down to reception to request twin beds and was told “are you sure, do you have proof” after I got my booking confirmation and should them they said it was my fault as I booked through booking.com. They mention that booking.com doesn’t send through bedding configuration and I must ask . I tired to explain it wasn’t about the beds it was how the situation was handled

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in our first visit to London. We originally booked this hotel after we saw the pictures of how unique and amazing it looked. When we arrived, it looked even better than the pictures. Wow! the design of this hotel is something out of a fairytale! 10/10 for everything, the lobby/bar area looked amazing. The corridor’s towards the rooms looked incredible, the colored room doors and lights was incredible. The room was specious and awesomely designed. We tried their breakfast buffet one morning for an additional charge and it was nice.

Nice and arty hotel. Decoration is incredible! We loved the London theme. Hotel lobby is so nice to have a drink or dinner in. The restaurant area was closed but we could eat in the lobby. Food was nice. Breakfast has many choices, even prosecco!

The floor of our shower was dirty. I understand they wanted to make it slippery proof, but because of that it is now brown. Felt dirty. Rest of the room was extremely clean. We booked a twin room, but got a double. Bed was really wide so for us (mother-daughter) not really a problem but keep in mind they can not always garantee the request for bed choice.

Except for the last two days, the visit there was great. We stayed 5 nights in a standard room which was very spacious. I spent a city break with my daughter so we could experience the museums and a little different culture. The rooms are great, but if you're only there to sleep and have breakfast, as we were, the other things are also important. The walk from Angel is about 10 minutes. The bus connection to the city is also great.

The hotel also describes as sustainable, but the food, although with vegan options, most of it was not sustainable at all. (Except a lot of reduced packaging) On the first day we had oat milk, on the following days only soy and almond milk. As vegans, we had a choice of muesli and bread and jam. There were no cold cuts or cheese alternatives. On the fourth and fifth day, the staff asked why there were two of us eating breakfast but only one person was registered. Each time I pointed out the booking, but none of the staff came and said later that they had made a mistake. Reception later said all fine, wehn asked.

the bar staff were pretty unhelpful, ordered a bottle of Prosecco with 4 glasses and were given 4 glasses of Prosecco - wee assumed they were keeping the bottle chilled as no one else was in the bar - (costing more than the bottle and obviously not the same volume!) when we were given the bill we did ask why and were offered 1 free glass of Prosecco (there were 4 of us) anywhere else, at the time of ordering u would be advised to order the bottle rather than 4 glasses - not the end of the world, but given the bar was empty, little things like that will stop people staying for a drink!

Location great for our needs ,greeted by friendly staff and wow to the decor. Room was good size clean and bright decorated. Beds was very comfortable overall we had a relaxing weekend . Definitely recommend to other People.

I loved the room, everything was selected with attention to detail. I really loved it. The hotel was very clean as well.

My first meeting with the staff at reception made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The moment I said hello I was asked to provide my passport. While a friend which booked another room separately wasn't requested to provide a passport. I can only assume I was asked because my name and my accent shown that I am not British born but as I live in the UK for many many years this didn't left me the best impression. The breakfast wasn't very good either.

The hotel décor is driven by a unique and stunning design concept. Every aspect of the hotel is included in the quirky but immaculate design. The lounges, reception areas, bar and restaurant are vast and impressive. Breakfast was superb - fully stocked with huge choice.

The décor is very distracting in the room itself. So many bits and pieces in a small room, e.g. a toddler-sized silver pedestal table, a life sized scarlet sculpture of a hand, and graffiti on the wall. Like sleeping in a cramped art gallery.
