The location was excellent, quite central, so you could walk to Covent Garden or Trafalgar square. The property has an elevator, which is quite handy. These are serviced apartments with a kitchen, table and sofa, which gives you more comfort than a hotel room. The place was clean and the staff responded very quickly when I had a problem with the check in system.

The price is quite high, since these are not luxury flats. The self-check in system did not work for me, but I was lucky the staff was available and they were very nice and quick to sort it out. There is no staff at the property, you need to contact them by email or phone. The dishwasher did not work either, but it was not a problem for me since I didn't have to use it.

I have stayed this hotel for 3 Nights. This hotel is located at the heart of London City. All important tourist places are walkable distance only. Nearby underground stations are Black Friars and Chancery Lane. Both are 10Min walk from the room. Nearby bus stop is infront of the hotel and I will take you to heart of london. All the pictures which is shown in the website are real. I had a great time at this hotel 😊. The best thing about this hotel is the security. Before you reach the hotel you need to finish the online check in. Once you done that, they will send you the PIN for to open the main door as well as your room. Read carefully your mail regarding your entry to your hotel room and you will be fine. 😉

Location is terrific. We walked to most sites within 20 minutes and only used transit for a couple of destinations in 5 days. Don’t miss the Temple Church across Fleet St like we did until too late to go in. It featured in the Da Vinci Code. Bed was comfy and apt. had everything we needed. Only had breakfasts there really though. Bathroom and storage were huge for the size of the apartment - no suitcases left lying around in the way. Loads of places close by for food etc. Access was easy with door codes and elevator.

The knives in the block are so dull they couldn’t cut butter!

A new London location for us, gorgeous area of the city, beautiful and historic, but still close to major transport hubs. Temple/Fleet street - great cafes and walking. Staff very helpful when we had an issue with extractor fan.. they cam straight away to help, and were patient and explained what was happening and how to fix it. Having a washing machine is always amazing on long trips.

One tiny window in whole apartment - bed a bit 'mean'

Location was great. Better than expected as the studios are not directly on the main street, but in a nice little court. Very central location, st. Paul at the end of the street and train station thameslink at 5 min walking distance. Close to great areas Chinatown and SoHo. Staff were the nicest and very helpful. I arrived earlier than expected, before check-in. Early Access was very quickly arranged! The staff provided the best service by helping me when I arrived and when I checked- out. Only stayed for 1 night, but would defenitely recommend for longer stays as well. Studio have everything you need and are clean.

I thought check-in with the codes would be difficult, BUT it was super easy!

Excellent location for visiting LSE. Everything was new and updated. Spent 16 days here and it was very comfortable. There is a great sandwich shop right nearby. The area is clean, beautiful and safe. Communication by text with staff was quick and convenient.

When you book, you don’t know which apartment you will get. The photos are a mix of different apartments. I wish they would allow renters to select the specific apartment they want.

Such a great find! Studio apartment was very clean and spacious considering it was in the heart of London, and very handy to have cooking facilities and a fridge too. Lots of places to eat close by and only a short walk to Covent garden, Tate Modern, St Paul's Cathedral to name a few. George was very helpful on arrival and took our bags in early as we arrived way before check in. Would definitely stay here again, I don't normally write reviews but thought it deserved one so other people can find this absolute gem!

We felt very safe in the neighborhood and in the room. The door code system made it very easy to get in and out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water heated up very quickly.

Bed seemed smaller than advertised and slept VERY warm. No extra linens or towels provided. No instructions for how to use the toaster oven appliance. The location was fine; it wasn’t really near anything in particular, but it was relatively easy to get around using the nearest tube stations.

greatttt location so easy to get to with buses and even walkable to most attractions and room was great especially with the fans available

so on our last day this sort of quiet fire alarm sound went off every 15 or so minutes in the early morning and i still have no idea what it was but it really ruined my sleep on our last day since i’m a light sleeper - my boyfriend easily slept through it though

Spacious, everything works. TV and during room separate from bedroom.

Stairs! The lift lands on the half floors (6-8 steps).. plus if you get the highest level, more steps in the apartment (15 steps). Shower stops intermittently... likely coz we were on the top floor. Didn't asked for it to be fixed but did let them know when we left.
