Location very convenient for both the City and Moorgate station (also Elizabeth Line) which is seconds walk away. The decor is stylish with very smart furniture and a lovely bathroom with great toiletries . The bed was really comfortable and the air on worked very efficiently (and quietly)

Kitchen cooking equipment could be better to make it more useful (eg frying pan).

The location is very convenient if you come from Heathrow. The Liverpool Street Station connects to Moorgate Station. Once you come out of Moorgate station, take a right, cross the traffic light and it’s right there. There are two doors; the door directly facing the pub across the street is with a flight of stairs and the other door is past the optical shop. That door will lead you to the elevator. I had no trouble finding it and the check in instructions were clear. The apartment is fully equipped with microwave oven, stove, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Everything is there to whip up something easy unless you intend to cook a Christmas meal! It’s comfortable and clean and I did not have trouble sleeping.

The apartment I was assigned had no view; it was facing an office I find too close. It didn’t really bother me since I was not around during the day but some view instead of that wall would be nice. I have no trouble with no housekeeping but I think clearing the trash every 2-3 days is recommended. Maybe just leave the trash outside for housekeeping to pick up. The bathroom floor when wet can be slippery so do be careful. The dishwasher leaked when I did the first load and I had to wash it up.

I had three key criteria for a week’s accomodation in London. 1. Proper air conditioning that could actually be controlled via a thermostat in the room (having stayed previously in London in summer, this was #1 for me) 2. Fridge and studio apartment facilities 3. Access to a tube line that would take us directly to Kings Cross St Pancras at the end of our stay. Moorcroft by Cove met all three criteria. Access to the building and room is via a code and there is a lift to take you to your floor. We had plenty of space for a week, a generous sized bathroom, good kitchenette with convection microwave (though some instructions would have been helpful - we had to Google then translate from German), induction stove top and a reasonable size bar fridge. Wifi wasn’t great, nor was the TV as the channels kept dropping out but as we were out most of the time, we could live with it. The windows are double (possibly triple?) glazed so we heard no noise from the road below and as we were on the top floor, no noise from our neighbours. There were good blackout curtains, and decent lounge chairs to sit in. There was also a dining table but it was too big for the room so we pushed it to one corner. The aircon was perfect (if a little white noisy) and easily controlled in what turned out to be another hot week in London. As an added bonus, the Elizabeth line (which is actually listed as being part of Liverpool St) is easily accessible from Moorgate Station so that gives you access to Heathrow, if that’s what you need. There aren’t any supermarkets nearby so make sure you grab any supplies while you’re out and about for the day or at one of the convenience shops near most tube stations before you catch the tube back to Moorgate. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Wifi isn’t great if you need to rely on wifi

Very central location for sight seeing. The privacy is superb since their standard policy includes only one scheduled cleaning per week. Access is through a private elevator and there are no dominant „shared facilities“ like a breakfast room. The host was reachable by WhatsApp 24/7. the rooms were super large - everyone who stayed in London before in a „classical“ hotel will appreciate this! The apartment was equipped with real private WiFi and all things needed to cook, wash, … and make yourself at home.

No available options for adding breakfasts to your stay in case needed. The physical reception hours were just a „vague guess“. Receptionists were often already gone half an hour early or came in late. No possibility to leave the luggage on check out day directly at the property. Though, there was an option at a partnering hotel. But it was 15 minutes by foot from the property. The air condition is always blowing out air directly over the bed, even when switched off (not cooling though).

The location is perfect during the week. Loads of access, Pubs and bars nearby. Over the weekend is close to Shoreditch and Liverpool street where you can find a lot of markets and stores. The flat we stayed was rsther spacious and very clean. All the equipment in the kitchen was new and in very good condition.

It seems to be a rather new property, so some issues are still being ironed out. We had a few issues with the light fixtures in the apartment, they were all solved, but it took a couple of days and a few calls to get everything in order. The staff was very responsive and helpful, but it made for a bit of an additional task in an already very busy trip.

Convenient location, just across the road from the Moorgate underground station, and Liverpool Street is also walking distance. Bed was comfy, with kitchenette and seating area to chill. There's a convenience store not too far away. Response via messaging is quite efficient. Booked for room with washer/dryer, but ended up with room without, which the staff quickly arranged a refund for the differences paid. So do verify upon check-in if you really need the washer/dryer and have booked for it. Otherwise you can just book the usual room, it's a nice place to stay, with a convenient location.

It's a little hidden along the street, just right next to a spectacles store and a little cafe. There isn't really a reception desk, so you just check in with the information given to you via messaging. But it's not really a problem, if you need more tea or toilet rolls, you can get them from the housekeeping staff in the morning.

The location is excellent - steps from the Moorgate tube station with easy access to anywhere in London, and walk to many shops nearby. The pub across the street is bustling with activity and friendly staff. The room is so well appointed with everything you could need - lots of data and regular plugs everywhere. The kitchen has every item you could want, starter cleaning supplies provided including laundry soap pods. Bright and clean. Excellent value for your money.

The bed was not the most comfortable - a bit of a ridge/sink hole in the middle.

The room is huge, super clean. You will have your OWN internet access. The kitchen is full of its equipment. Everything can be done remotely in this hotel without having to contact the reception for assitance, but if you really need one, you will find one immedietly ready and welling to help. Speaking of the staff, very friendly and cooperative. In overall, the best experinece for living I have ever had in London

I've stayed at a few apartment hotels in the past but Moorgate is one of the best ones I've stayed at. The bed was super comfortable and we like how spacious the rooms were and loved the high ceiling!!! We also liked the minimalist design.

Our flight into London was super early so we had to go to Cannon Street Cove with 24-hour attendant to drop off our luggage before our check in time at 4pm at Moorgate. We wished someone was there at Moorgate to store our luggage so we didn't have to schlep our luggage twice.

Very clean, good location.

It says on their website that the large studio apartments have sofas. There was no sofa, and the staff told me they are only in the one bedroom apartments, which contradicts the website. There was no overhead shower, only a handheld nozzle which made showering awkward, and no showerglass or curtain so the whole floor got soaking wet. No space or shelves in the bathroom for toiletries.
