The location of the property is perfect. The nearest bus stop is British Library (which has a great connectivity to entire central London) and nearest tube stations are Euston Station (8/10 minutes walk), Russell Square (7 minutes walk) and Kings Cross St. Pancras (7 minutes walk) depending on where one wants to go. Our room was on the ground floor so that was a plus since there are rooms in the basement and on upper floors as well (while there is no elevator in the apartment). Studios2let being an ApartHotel does not provide room service or daily housekeeping services unless someone is staying for more than 6 nights. However, fresh towels and linens are kept in the entrance lobby of each apartment in the morning and used towels and linens can be kept in the designated bag in the entrance lobby of an apartment. For any other assistance, 24/7 reception desk is there to help. Cartwright gardens in front of the apartment is a nice and cozy community garden to hang out or take a stroll.

The temperature modulator of the radiator in our room was not working properly so sometimes we felt that the room was warmer than we wanted it to be, but there was an AC in the room so it used to balance the scale - not very energy efficient way of modulating the room temperature though. The BED IS A DISASTER and needs a major makeover.

Great location, spacious & green, only a couple of minutes walking distance from St. Pancras station and two other stations. Pubs and other places to eat around the corner. Felt safe, even while walking alone, at night after a concert. Only spoke to the people at the reception when I checked in and out (because all was well). They, and other staff, were very friendly. I booked for three nights and got an appartement in the basement. Absolutely loved staying there. The bed, towels, kitchen, closet space, (dayl)ight. heating & ventilation, shower & toilet; everything was good. Clean. I'd love to go to London again soon. I'd definitely stay at Studios2Let again

Really welcoming friendly staff , great quiet location so nice to be next to a park , room was a good size for 5 night stay , nice view with a large opening window … which was a bonus, clean tidy and all we needed in the small but adequate kitchen- basic comfortable apartment but perfect for the price

Only downside was the mattress was in need of replacement - not a lot of support and dipping into the middle - we are over 50s and in need of comfy bed after long days out walking :)

the location was perfect. close to Euston and Kings Cross and Russell Square underground. of course it’s small. that is to be expected in Central London! But it had everything I needed and was superb value for money. ignore the slightly low ratings you might see on this website. Those people have clearly never stayed in London before (well not at this price anyway).

The staff were terrific and understanding when we had to make a last minute modification to our stay as we had been trapped in Buffalo, NY due to the Dec blizzards, and couldn't get our original scheduled flight to London. Though the studio room is very small, it had great facilities in the room and there were free washing machines and dryers available for guests to use. Very close to Kings Cross/St Pancras station for those heading out/in from there. Bedding and bathroom clean.

Noise easily travels in this property - both from outside and above when you are in a bottom floor apartment under the walkway where there is constant foot traffic.

Comfortable, clean and warm rooms. Perfect location.

Staff is far below UK standards. They are not openly rude but rather unpleasant. They rarely smile, they refuse to be helpful (asked them two simple things to help), they increase their voice tone to the verge of shouting, I also had weird face expressions from the lady with fake lips… The only acceptable but far from great receptionist was the tall guy. We even got a very kind help from the next door hotel after our request was rejected by Studios2Let hotel (despite the fact we did not stay there). I think their staff desperately needs training in customer service (with the focus on smiling and kindness).

Kitchen - fully equipped, you can spare a lot money with food prepared there, Location - 20min walk to the big centre, plenty of busses, trains in few min walk Laundry room Thermostat - adjustable temperature (you could turn it off as well)

Noise - Very bad noise reduction, Was waking up early as person above was running around apparent. You can hear everything from the corridor. Bed - mattress was not the most comfortable, you could feel as it was used many times and we were "falling in the middle" while sleeping

I booked here to stay for London Marathon based on a recommendation and the location close to tube and train stations. As it turned out, this was perfect. The area itself was quiet, being on a crescent no through traffic, and close to shops, bars and restaurants too.

Only minor things really; the plug adapter for the TV had been taken by a previous guest and not replaced and we only had enough loo roll for half a day. The room was compact and if two tall people and/or one big person was sharing then getting in and out of the bed, toilet and shower would be a squeeze. I'm 6'2" and my knees touched the wall when on the toilet.

The matress was really bad. You could feel the individual springs and we had to put the duvet under us as cushioning.

My stay at Studios2Let in London was overall quite enjoyable. Despite the compact size of the rooms, which might not be ideal for those seeking ample space, it served its purpose perfectly for my 10-day visit. Since I primarily needed a place to rest after exploring the city, the cozy setup didn't pose much of an issue. One of the highlights was the sense of security I felt in the area. It's always reassuring to feel safe when you're away from home, and Studios2Let provided that peace of mind. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and attended to. While the rooms may be on the smaller side, the cleanliness and functionality were commendable. The amenities provided were sufficient for my needs, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would recommend Studios2Let for travelers who prioritize safety, cleanliness, and friendly service over spacious accommodations. It's a convenient and reasonably priced option for a short stay in London.
