The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the tube and railway and walking distance to Oxford Street. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

You never know when your rooms is going to be cleaned so you need to let them know in advance the time of day you want your room to be serviced. For some reason the 6th floor of the hotel puts there duvet between 2 sheets and not a duvet cover. This seemed unhygienic as the duvet usually had no sheets on it by the morning. All the other floors use a duvet cover.

The Landmark is an fabulous hotel with amazing atmosphere! there’s obviously lots of thought behind it and everything’s been thought of down to the smallest details. staff are extremely helpful and must work very hard to maintain the standard of the place. breakfast was amazing and it was a delight to stay here!

I wasn’t told there’s be and additional £100 deposit. it was fine but felt a bit put out due to not being told at any point of the booking process. The receptionist, although very nice, didn’t tell me and then charged my card the deposit and after she’d taken the payment explained it to me. she said that had I booked though their website it would have informed me but that I doesn’t notify guests who book through Booking.com

Many weddings and the noises was shaking the floor and my bed because my room was in the first floor, they didn’t let me know about it especially that I have upgraded my room when I checked in, so they should told me about the disadvantages of having this room in the first floor especially that I was staying there for work!!

Large, clean rooms. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Waiter service was first class.

Ridiculous charge of £12 for a compulsory swimming hat in the hotel pool. Never ever have I been asked to wear a swimming hat in any hotel anywhere, or indeed any swimming anywhere in the world! Let alone being charged £12 for the privilege! Imagine if I was part of a family of four...cost £48! A purely unashamed attempt by the Spa company to squeeze money out of users. If you must insist on this ridiculous rule, then at least offer hats at cost price, rather than making a 400% profit. When I approached the manager about this, I had to basically do their job for them, by explaining that they need to provide me with a swimming hat free of charge, as prior to that they were happy to fob me off by trying unsuccessfully to justify their 'system'

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent with food to suit everyone. The location is perfect for sightseeing and there are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and the welcome from the doormen makes you feel very special. One evening as I was leaving the hotel, I overheard one of the doormen pay a really nice compliment to a guest who was leaving. The guest was delighted and I was delighted for them.

The room though big had two queen sized beds. When I asked to change I was told in advance that this was not possible. We did not find the beds comfortable at all. The hotel is not very family friendly.

I stayed here for a couple of days as I was getting married opposite at the Old Marylebone Town Hall so the location was great with lots of restaurants and shops nearby too. The rooms were larger than average which was great with hair stylists, make up artists and photographers attending and the decor was lovely for photos. My brothers were able to have their room extended by 3 hours free of charge to get ready for the wedding so this was really appreciated and they were able to supply us with extra chairs for the room and a rail for our wedding attire. Our rooms were also decorated for the celebrations which was a lovely surprise!

We struggled with parking and drop offs and pick ups both at the front and back of the hotel. We also found that some of the staff while lovely made us feel that we had to keep tipping. These were very small things though and would not deter me from returning , we had a wonderful stay!

Good location in central London , near to many of the main stores & shopping districts. Business wise ideal location for meetings. Very pleasant & helpful staff Good choice on the breakfast menu

Not an actual criticism, but the bathroom in my room was small & could have been slightly bigger.

The room was lovely and big and the facilities that were available were fantastic.

The bathroom was not 100% clean and I could see the wood panelling in the bathroom was dusty and the drainage was not very good in the shower. The breakfast was great, but when my husband’s omelette arrive he had no cutlery and had to ask for it. I was expecting a turn down service needless to say I was disappointed when we returned from our evening out.
