Great location on a really pretty street, comfortable bed and a good sized mirror, good shower and the room did exactly what I needed it to. Great big windows looking out into the street too so the room was lovely and bright

The air con in the room didn’t seem to work and it was a really hot day in London so the room was boiling hot, especially when we woke up in the morning

Location was excellent - pretty much the best reason to choose this hotel. Close to Marleybone and Baker Street tube stations, plenty of buses nearby, actual street was quiet enough however. Staff was helpful and friendly, facilities in room (kettle, microwave, hairdryer, etc.) all there. Room serviced every day during our stay.

Room was a little small but nothing unworkable, Booking.com displays this as a 4* hotel when in reality it is a 3* hotel - this wasn't a major concern for us facilities-wise, however the price was definitely more suited to a 4* hotel.

Location…location…location. I can’t stress enough how wonderfully central the property is. Walking distance to Regents Park, Baker St, Marylebone Rd and even Oxford St. Although the rooms are on the small size, this is quite normal for Central London. The bed was was quite comfortable and the heated floor in the bathroom was a lovely surprise. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Breakfast… the selection was adequate but the hot food was stone cold. We had breakfast at approximately 8am so thought it would have been better. Maybe forgo hot food and invest in a omelette station that can be cooked on request. Less food waste.

Very nice hotel located quite close to the underground station (3-5 min walk). The street is not very busy so we didn't have any problem with noise. The room was very clean and maintained in good condition. The WiFi was working fine. The bed lines were super clean and have been changed everyday. The heating was working perfectly as we stayed there during very cold days.

There was no deposit box in the room. The hotel is located in two buildings across the street so quests from one of the buildings have to go across the street for breakfast or to the reception desk. The bed was too soft for my choice.

Great location near to Baker Street Station. Room was across the road from reception but this wasn't an issue. Bed and pillows were exceptional! Clean and good facilities, soft drinks included with Superior Room. Quiet pricey for one night, but the room size was good for central London and location was important to us.

Breakfast was served until 11am, but they had run out of several items before 10.30 due to amount of guests, you would think this would be catered for. However the staff were apologetic and very lovely and what was available was good.

Convenient to Baker Street tube station it is easy to reach most London attractions from this hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The divided nature of the property (in two separate buildings) is a bit odd and crossing the street is a little daunting. Like any large city London is constantly noisy. I did not find street noise particularly distressing. There are lots of food options nearby including the Dorset Cafe that makes excellent breakfast and has good coffee.

The room is ridiculously small with the tiniest shower imaginable. Everything appears clean well cared for but I opened the teakettle to find a quantity of stagnant water. which was very unpleasant. The bed was too soft for my liking. London hotels are typically expensive - this seemed on par with others in its price range

Great location, 5 minute walk from Baker Street tube. Room was clean & comfortable, lovely squashy pillows on the bed. Room had all we needed-hairdryer, TV, toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were all super friendly too.

We didn’t dislike the set up but it’s a little different - reception was in one building but the room we were allocated (no 823) was over the road in another building. If we would of known, we would of asked for a room higher up as we were below street level and therefore had no view.

Bed was very comfy, shower was a good temperature and strong pressure (although it did leak slightly). The room had a microwave, which was great because it meant we could eat a hot evening meal in the room without spending lots of money on takeaway food.

Not so much something we ‘didn’t like’ but the cooked breakfast was quite cold, despite being on a hot trolley. Was still tasty in any case, and there was also a good variety of other breakfast foods; toast, cereal, fruit and yogurts, as well as a good selection of teas.

Clean room with fridge and nice bathroom too. Water pressure and temperature were perfect and the bed was comfortable.

After arriving I was initially taken to a basement room that smelled very strongly of smoke, after saying it wasn’t for me I was taken to a much better room. I wasn’t impressed that I was taken to the first one especially after booking a club double room, it should’ve been fumigated before putting someone in it. The lock in the second room didn’t work at all so I couldn’t get back into my room and had to ask for help from staff.

Having a view from window and a fridge. Plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance and 5 mins walk to lovely Regents Park.

The air con was not very effective first few days but did pick up towards end of stay. No sleep timer on tv. Colleague staying in same hotel but standard single room had biscuits replenished each day, I didn’t and was in a single club room which cost more. Iron provided had the pointy tip snapped off the actual ironing plate and plastic casing broken in places and leaked water at a certain angle. Could have done with a few more coat hangers, had to hang clothes over the wardrobe rail.
