It was a pleasure of staying at CharmStay Shepherd's Bush, and I must say, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience from the start to the finish! Nestled in the heart of converging London underground lines with a nice park just opposite, getting around was super convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt warm and welcomed, feeling right at home. Gaining access to the property was seamless, and everything felt really new and it was spotless. The stairs were wide and easy to navigate and best of all, all electricals and fixtures worked well. I cannot recommend CharmStay Shepherd’s Bush enough and the only way you can feel the same, is to experience a stay for yourself.

Close to baker street station and lots of other eateries. Room was good , overall , no major complaints, only that some facilities were a bit run down but if you over look that and you look at what you pay for what you get compared to some others in the area and London in general , then it’s a bargain ! Think they upgraded my room for free , I had a lower ground apartment unit style room. Shower was small and a bit run down but water was nice and hot and pressure good. Ventilation in the room slight issue felt a bit enclosed , but there was a window it just looked out to an enclosed space that’s all. Slight smell when entering the room of Damp but that’s sort of expected being a basement room. Nothing to bother my trip , and if I had an issue I’m sure I could have asked staff and they would have changed rooms. Key system for coming and going was brilliant and worked perfect. Luggage storage the next day for free worked perfect. Appreciated the coffee pods and amenities of the apartment style kitchenette room. Great value for London ! One of the staff members had the personality of a frog and the other one I met was very reserved but slightly better , so just don’t expect , warm friendly personality when checking in , and apart from that you won’t be disappointed :)

the location of the apartment: feels neighbourhood-like, a walking distance from Marylebone station, Baker street station and Regent’s Park (in photo). spacious room, firm mattress, and kitchenette with everything you need. hot water in the shower and great heating. the daily housekeeping was a great bonus. Michael was very welcoming, thank you for your hospitality! I would always recommend booking the double rooms on the higher floors since the windows let in a lot of light :)

the kitchen appliances (kettle and toaster) weren’t clean and seemed old. you have to wait for the housekeeper to clean your dishes since a sponge of dish soap wasn’t available.

For the location it was great value, with easy access to transport, shops, pubs and restaurants. The space was clean and provided everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board! Easy check in and check out. Light and wasn't too small.

Our room was first floor and looked out onto a smoking area, and the people there can see straight into the room, so we had to keep the blind down and lights on. This will only affect the back room first floor, so worth being aware of. Also the office is un-manned after hours and so there is no control over noisy guests. Whilst I appreciate this is down more to the inconsideration of other guests, having someone in the office could help reduce this issue as guests have to walk past the office to get to their rooms. Aside from the noisy late night guests our room was just what we needed.

146 studios is my go to when in the city, whether as a lone traveller, with friends or with family. having your own apartment space with kitchenette in an excellent location close to underground and train stations, parks. plenty of restaurants and bars surrounding the area. close walking distance to st Christopher’s place, Oxford street and Camden. staff attentive and friendly. there is reception staff manning the door until 9pm and property is not staffed overnight. however there is an emergency number to call if required and you have your own keycard to enter property and room. the area surrounding the apartment is safe.

Bed was a bit squeaky on this occasion but other than that nothing negative to say. this property is central and so there is road traffic noise and everyday noise heard throughout the night which does not bother me in the slightest and something I prefer. however this may be something people dislike so keep this in mind.

We found the location to be ideal for our trip to Lords' on Sunday- walking distance. In addition we were easily able to walk to the Sherlock Holmes museum and Regents' Park. Other parts of London are accessible on the nearby Underground. There is a wide variety of shops pubs and restaurants in the area, and it is clean safe and quiet in the neighbourhood. We found the room to have everything that we needed for our short break.

Can't really fault anything and we will probably return at some point. We have also told friends and family about this little gem.

Really great facilities, a nice room exactly as pictured, great kitchen that neatly fitted in a cupboard so there was plenty of space in the room for one person. Great to have a wardrobe and enough space to store things, plus a desk and chair. Everything worked well including the heating/air con system, hairdryer and microwave. The bed was really comfy and a choice of lighting options was perfect for reading in bed. I wasn't expecting the room to be cleaned every day so this was a huge bonus - it was brilliant having the bed made and crockery washed up while I was out during the day. Staff were efficient and friendly without being overly attentive so it was easy to have my own independence and undisturbed space. Fantastic location very close to Marylebone and Baker Street stations, but not loud at night. A little noise from other rooms could be heard, which didn't disturb me at all but might affect very light sleepers.

The bathroom smelled a little - I think the pipes may have needed cleaning. The shower worked well though and the heated towel rail was a bonus!

The apartment is very close to the Baker Street underground station, bay which passes 4 different lines. This makes accessing various attractions much easier.

As soon as I arrived, I noticed that the electronic key system for the main entrance was not working. Therefore, the door was always left open, allowing access to any passerby to the interior of the building. Concerned about security, I immediately notified the front desk. Unfortunately, no maintenance was carried out and the door remained open during my entire 16-day stay. It worried me, despite not having any incidents.

there is no lift in the building and I was on the fourth floor but the staff carried my bag upstairs for me when I checked in which was very helpful. This would not be of any interest to someone with a mobility impairment type disability unless they promised a ground floor bedroom

The location is amazing - easy to get around London, great connection to the airport and other parts of the city, great food places around. Also it's great to have a small kitchen area for days when you don't want to eat outside - makes it a lot more cosy and sweet.

There's no elevator so I had to carry a massive suitcase up to the 3rd floor all by myself, which was tricky. The kitchen tap was faulty and even though it didn't cause a lot of issues, it should be repaired prior guests coming in the property. The lighting in the room could be improved by adding smaller sources of light for the evening time - that would really add to the atmosphere of the room!
