The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton

the stay was comfortable and the location is the best part was the approximity to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Lambeth bridge, etc. you could just walk to anywhere in zone 1 for the attractions.

1) Staff not hospitable. Baljit who checked us in was very nice. however the rest of the front office team was never polite. didn’t even say have nice flight or thank you for staying with us or anything. 2) Breakfast was Blah! Vegans, please make sure you have alternate options ready.

The location, staff and room were exceptional! We really enjoyed our stay at The Westminster! At the front there were also Lime Scooters which we would take to explore the city! We had the most wonderful week in London!

The only thing was the lights in the toilet and shower, it was extremely dark, especially with the walls painted black.

The room was clean, great location and staff.

The room is very small for a couple. There should be more storage for clothes. The restaurant needs to improve its menu. Not a lot of choices. The cesar salad was very ordinary and the fried calamari were not crispy at all.

Very good location, the breakfast was delicious and different. Staff also were polite and helpful and friendly.

Design of the room. The sink located next to the door of the room, not so good for my opinion, by the way the bathroom was in the hall…

Service = 10/10. Friendly and helpful staff Location = 9/10. Walking distance to key landmarks and River Thames, a little far from the closest Tube station (10 mins)

Room = 8/10. Comfortable and soundproofed, I just disliked the design as the sink was outside of the shower and toilet - the wet inducing facilities (sink) should be kept separate from main entrance

It's my second time staying here whilst travelling for work. The staff are absolutely fantastic here and the breakfasts are delicious!

I wish the hotel was a little closer to the centre. Its not really a big issue as i prefer a quieter stay. The walk into central London is a lovely walk.

Location is great, rooms are really nice and clean, spacious, staff were helpful and friendly, the bed and the cushions ohhhhhhh just what we needed fpr a deep sleep after a whole sightseeing and walking all day! Just perfect!! House keeping were really punctual and our rooms were always cleaned Bathrooms very clean and comfortable Overal all was perfect

High traffic on elevators but really nothing u can do about it

Spacious rooms with a great set of amenities. Tasty filter coffee in the room. Shower, toilet and sink are all separated, which comes in handy, when you are in a hurry in the morning. Friendly stuff at the reception. Possibility to leave the luggage prior to the check in.

The only thing I really didn't like about the room were the almost see through doors to the toilet and shower (separated facilities). The doors don't close shut as well. so there is quite a big hole between the toilet door and the wall. Reasons?? Make sure to take a close friend or a spouse, if you are sharing.

Clean, comfortable room

No coffee in reception, common on Hilton’s in USA. Breakfast buffet was tepid at best. Room access corridors far too dim.

Beautifully modern hotel. No complaints at all with cleanliness and we slept well. The biggest plus is the location which is within walking distance to a good amount of the usual tourist hotspots. The staff were all very friendly.

The biggest mirror was over the sink and not at the small dressing table. There was only a small magnifying mirror on the desk which made getting ready for the evening difficult. Whilst the mirror appeared to have the option to switch on a light, ours did not work and the area is poorly lit. There was no hairdryer or robes/slippers in the room.
