Wow what an amazing beautiful property in a perfect location. This little Looe lovely to me was the most prettiest place I’ve stayed in. Really clean, tea, coffee facilities, tv. Yes the most stunning view of the harbour outside of our bedroom window and yes the moon shone down on us. You can see how the harbour drains away then fills back up throughout the day/ night. We got the ferry across for a £1 a very dear chap took us across in the evening( although you can get across the other side on foot) you can park outside of the hotel to off load and unpack etc then there is a long stay car park up the road by the bridge. You can help yourself to tea coffee cereal and toast in the morning which was lovely👍🏻 We spoke to a member of staff, Kirsty in the morning who was so cheerful, helpful and extremely polite.

Close to the harbour

No parking outside, we were told it was for staff only. When I booked this it said there was limited parking, first come first served, which is fair enough. But there was no other cars parked there when we arrived , but we were told to move our car and park in a public car park. Which cost £16 for 24 hours. No clean towels left on the second day even though we left dirty towels on the floor which is a normal thing to do if you require clean ones.

Breakfast in own kitchen. resident dining room lovely old building with lots of collectables like barometers, clocks, mirrors. As staff not around then lighting not always enough for eg toaster. Tasty bread to toast, range cereals, plus fruit, yoghurt, teas, coffee. Top quality large size toiletries in shower and plenty provisions tea/coffee etc in room. Shower nice and simple with dimpled slip proof floor. Quality youthful staff .

A nice local atmosphere to this place, perfect for those wanting to stay in a proper pub. The rooms were made up to feel quirky, cosy and homely. Fabulous location with plenty of choice for truly excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

it would have been nice to have the option of a proper cooked breakfast, though the self-serve croissant and yogurt breakfast buffet was adequate and saved me piling in more pounds!

Location, friendliness, service - everything you wish. We had nice double room with huge bathroom (just two steps further into corridor). We're locals, wanted a day off and check out and support one of the local businesses. We'll be definitely back!

Everything was perfect, just bit of a stress to not loose or forget room/bathroom keys to not lock us out!

The accommodation was a bit basic but everything you would need. The bathroom was sole use but separate across the landing with your own key. Slightly inconvenient getting up in the middle of the night locking/unlocking doors. However staff especially Hannah more than made up for every thing really helpful and friendly.

Good location,, good food clean room but very small for the money mirror not attached to wall , staff helpful and professional , carpets on landing need cleaning years ago thought that lowered the tone of the place , great hot shower very small but work very well , outside winder frame rotted think the whole property would benefit from a spruce up ,all a bit dated but its Cornwall it is what it is , a old hotel by the harbor with great views , just along the road for bus and cafe and coastal walk, wanted to park on site as space for my car but asked to use public car park ,, all in all not a bad weekend I guest they cashing in on the stay cation like the rest ,,,all places gone up too much money for what you receive 7/10

The outside setting area had no ash trays so the smokers just dropped butts on floor complete mess in the morning as it was not swept up while I stayed 4 nights

Harbour Moon was exceptional value. We went out of season so there was no complimentary breakfast but nonethless still great value. Room was very nice with teasmaid and biscuits!

It was a bit worrying at the start because it looked closed but later found out we needed to call and someone came over within 30 min so all was well.

We loved the location and the room was fantastic and comfortable, all the staff was friendly, a massive thanks and Hi to Megan and Jack, highly recommend to everyone I’ll speak to about this place, thank you for making us feel welcome x

We didn’t stay long enough

Location location location

Bathroom is small but it’s an old room and they put an en-suite where they could. Windows are in need of some TLC but other than that the room was excellent. Continental breakfast hamper left outside room overnight was well presented
