Clean and spacious enough, perfect for after a gig as the walk to the arena is reasonably short. Brill takeaway next door too and everyone was very pleasant. Parked my car for the whole duration of the stay for free but had the option to extend parking for £8 the next day to explore Manchester after check out. Worth it and saving on the hassle! Would absolutely stay again!

For the really good deal I got, I was satisfied with the services. Staff in the bar were helpful and the lounge was a quiet chill place to chill before facing busy Manchester crowds. BUT the TV was smaller than Andrew Tate's nuts :'(

Clean and tidy rooms, easy access in and out, and a central location.

The heater in the room didn't work, and the wall fan barely worked. The bathroom is incredibly small, and there is hardly any room in the shower cubicle to move. Everything could do with an update as the building & rooms are very outdated. The hotel is situated on a ring road so very busy with traffic constantly and its quite noisy at night with the window open. For a one night stay, though, it was manageable

It was close to the city centre and my office, but enough away from the centre to be quiet. I had a room at the end of the corridor so was not disturbed by other guests. The bed was comfy, the shower was powerful and hot, everything was clean and I had everything I needed including a hairdryer and coffee facilities in the room. I didn't have the breakfast as I was pushed for time, but it looked like a good selection and smelled good.

There is nothing I didn't like particularly. I would have liked a hook or two on the back of the bathroom door, or on the wall, to hang a dressing gown or even the wet towel. And it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger TV screen, but it was fine, and I appreciate that it's expensive to replace TVs, so it's just a nice to have and not a complaint.

Great breakfast although a bit expensive. Very comfortable beds. Modern room, fixtures and fittings. Large tv. Great shower although bathroom too small. Good price for room although room was too small. Remote control fan. Everything you could need for your stay.

Room too small for two beds, couldn't use chair and desk due to bed. Bathroom too small, very tight squeeze, cannot dress/undress in there. Should be a single or double room, not a twin. VERY noisy blokes in surrounding three rooms from midnight to 3am!!

I have been at stay in more then one time and always had nice experience. position is very good, only 8-10 minutes walking to the town center, easy to reach. stuff very polite and helpful. free parking during your staying and chance to pay extra if you want say few hours more after your check out. reception is simple but very welcoming and clean, I neve used the restaurant service but it looks very good. rooms are very welcoming and clean, enough space for luggage and space with hangers to put your coat and parka. comfortable bed with clean linen and extra blankets if you need. bathroom small but very clean and perfectly working. towels are available and they are good and clean. I love Manchester and often I’m going there and always trying to get this hotel, obviously when it is available.

pillows are very tiny, you need 2 or 3 pillows to get a size of normal one. I’m not big fan of carpets, I can understand and accept it in the house but not in the hotel, where the guests usually come form outdoor with their shoes, anyway the carpets were very clean and with good maintenance. anyway this is my favorite hotel, I’m already scheduling my next visit to Manchester, obviously I will try again to get this hotel.

Breakfast was fab - full english for £11.95. Plus cereal and fruit juices. Also pastries. The breakfast was until 11am at the weekend which was brilliant after a night out. Also the checkout time was 1130am - very civilised! Location fantastic, walkable to Manchester centre, plus a big carpark, no problem getting a space. Good CCTV coverage too. Very impressed and pleased. Also liked the roof being completely covered in solar panels - brilliant.

I guess the room/bathroom could've been a little bigger but I could always say that about any hotel. I almost didn't realise that the door has to actually be locked when you leave the room, no point pulling it shut. So you need to remember to lock yourself in your room at night otherwise the door is unlocked.

Location is good, very central, 10 min walk to town. I didn't have any breakfast, so I can say anything on that. Room was quite nice & modern, with a desk which was quite handy.

Everything was really good however If I had to mention something I didn't like, I'd say I was expecting to have a small fridge or a cooler in the room, where I could keep some beers or fruit. I think it would be a great addition to the rooms... who doesn't like having a cold beer or cool glass of white wine in the evening?

Convenient to walk into the city and with on site parking. Reasonably priced for the area. Polite staff. I was able to park the car before check in time at no extra charge, and could have left it till noon on day of departure, or longer by paying a reasonable amount. Generally it was very quiet, though when 3 people were talking in the room opposite from about 6am it sounded as if they were standing just outside our door, so not much soundproofing. Shower good, plenty of hot water and bed comfortable. Good reading lights over bed.

I wasn’t impressed by the breakfast, and it was quite expensive, charging separately for cereal and coffee on top of an already high amount for “full English”. In future I’d walk into town or try the cafe a little further out along the same road, just minutes away. The room wasn’t serviced at all during the three night stay, so bed not made and the rather scanty coffee and tea not topped up (just 2 little servings of milk). Bathroom very small, could be a problem if you had mobility or balance issues.

Loved the fact there was free parking as no other hotel included this ample parking, wasnt tight to squeeze in etc. Let us stay parked post check out also so we could go for breakfast before leaving - very accommodating! Room was super clean, all the hallways etc clean and smelt lovely. Central location, very nice restaurant opposite (expensive but nice!) walked into the main town in less than 15 mins. Although the room was slightly old fashioned, beds were extremely comfortable and perfect place to have a nice sleep.
