Anna the host was so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful, tidy,clean,well stocked with the essentials, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, such a huge variety, and cooked freshly, served in a lovely dining area. The complementary drinks fridge was a bonus, especially with thirsty children. The parking was right outside the door. The Cambridgeshire is in a lovely quiet area. We loved it.

Absolutely nothing, there is nothing not to like. I have only good things to say about The Cambridgeshire

All clean, comms with host were good, very comfortable, nice shower. Facilities available (kitchen area) were all clean and well equipped.

Set up took some getting used to - keypad to enter property and room, was almost like someone else's house. Didn't see a soul during my stay. But none of this was a problem, just unusual - actually worked really well for my needs.

Anna makes an amazing breakfast, all ingredients are very high quality. Even fresh tomatoes from her garden. Our room was so comfortable with all that you could possibly need. Excellent shower. very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed chatting with Anna, especially about things to do with the horse racing industry. We only stayed for one night, but could happily stayed for much longer. We hope to be able to return next year, if not before.

The breakfast she makes is absolutely delicious and she really allowed us to feel like we could be at home whilst we stayed with her. We wouldn’t think twice about coming back :)

We had a fantastic stay here. Anna was so welcoming and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Perfect location if you are going to Newmarket horse racing; it is situated just a short walk from the town centre where you can get a free shuttle bus to and from the race course. The triple room was very spacious with excellent facilities and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional. I could not recommend staying here enough and will definitely be staying here again!

Everything about this Stay was wonderful. Anna was so friendly and approachable. The family room was very spacious, clean and tidy and there were lovely little extra touches with tea, coffee, biscuits and complimentary water and even a bottle of beer if you fancied. The breakfast the next day was so delicious and Anna really is such a lovely host. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here with our Bull dog and Anna made her so welcome , nothing was a bother she even gave us sausages for her which she loved. Room was great spotlessly clean, comfortable and lovely fresh breakfast. Complementory drinks to help yourself too which is a lovely touch. Highly recommended The Cambridgeshire if your travelling with a pet and even if your not . Will stay here again if I'm in the area. Thanks Anna x

Host Anna was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and cooks a great breakfast! The location was very convenient being close to the High Street and many local restaurants, but in a quiet residential area.

Other guest being noisy leaving the house early on one morning, but not the host's fault.

Wonderful! We’d asked if we could arrive early and Anna was very accommodating and arranged for us to change and drop our things off, then booked a cab for us too. Very comfortable beds, a complimentary fridge to help yourself from downstairs, and the most amazing breakfast! Thoroughly recommend The Cambridgeshire. We’ll definitely stay again!

Nothing - all great.

Full English breakfast (including vegetarian option) was great and set us up for the rest of the day. Just a short walk from the Rowley Mile and less than two miles from the July Course. In quiet area with lots of pubs and restaurants within short walking distance. Best of all, our brilliant host Anna made us feel extremely welcome.
