I had an enjoyable two night stay at 1 Riverside Apartments. It was exceptionally comfortable & clean. Communication with the host was very good. I received a welcome message the day before along with the entry codes to the building & apartment. This suited me fine as i had travelled a long distance & my arrival time was unpredictable due to traffic. I would particularly recommend these apartments to anybody travelling by train as they are directly across the road from the station. There are numerous restaurants ,bars & entertainment facilities within ten minutes walk & Norwich City FC is also about ten minutes walk away.

The location of this apartment is the best thing about this place.It is a stone's throw from Norwich train station and bus stops. It is only a short walk away from local cinema and food court area. There is also a retail park within walking distance. The shower cubicle was very spacious and clean. There is a fridge , microwave and tea, coffee facilities. The room has every thing you need for a short stay . The housekeeper was very helpful and friendly.

The room was really small and claustrophobic the windows were small and overlooked the courtyard of a restaurant so can be a little noisy. However I was told that this room was one of their smallest room and if you're only sleeping and going out in morning it is suffice.

Location, near to train station, and not far from city centre, all needed amenities in spite of being in single room, very comfortable to have fridge and microwave and kettle in room. Bed very comfortable. Will certainly stay here again, the owner was very nice to accommodate any query I had.

Noise from restaurant backyard up to midnight, but I was sleeping late, so I didn't mind.

The apartment was cosy with its own private shower. It was right next to the river and there was a circular walk. The room had been well designed and thought through. There was everything you could want such as a microwave, toaster, hot drink making facilities and a cupboard stocked with plates and bowls etc. There was efficient central heating, but also a heater or a fan if you should need it. The host gave excellent instructions to the car park.

The room doesn’t have a view. However you just go outside and you’ve got all that Norwich has to offer.

Liked the entry system, easy to use and meant we could arrive at any time. Also CCTV installed. The room was large, spacious, and airy. It was clean and beds comfy. Very good communication with host. Kitchenette well stocked for 2 people. Chocolates in fridge a nice touch.

First impressions weren't great. Outside a bit rough. Stairwell and carpet seen better days. However once we were in our room was pleasantly suprised.

It was so close to the station! Absolutely lovely property, with easy access. So clean and really comfortable beds. Perfect communication and it was handy to have codes for the rooms as opposed to carrying round a key. The room was perfect, as well as the bathroom with a shower. The shower was so big! A lovely touch to have some biscuits and chocolates on our pillow, as well as a really comfy throw we used as a blanket. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Location excellent (if a bit noisy. Opposite traffic lights, and the heat made it necessary to keep a window open.)

As mentioned in my note, bins for recyclables would be useful. Some items I took off the premises, but local authorities don't like people using public bins - particularly for mixed rubbish and recyclable. Even if items got mixed up at the property, they would be easier to sort out.

The apartment was just perfect for my two night stay. I had everything I needed and having a microwave, fridge and kettle, hairdryer and iron and basic kitchen equipment meant I didn't have to worry about anything. The bed was very clean, comfy and the added touch of the blanket was very welcome as it was a little chilly at night. The apartment was very close to the station, with a river running alongside, a castle and cathedral and lots more...

Its a shame I have to say but the noise from what seemed like outside fans/generators? and the noise from the refridgerator seemed quite loud. It would not stop me booking again, I would just bring my earplugs with me..

This place had everything we needed. Its in a great location to everthing. The Apt was well equipped for a couple. Shower worked well and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if Im ever going to Norwich.

The only downfall for some maybe its on a main road and if you want Windows open it can get a little noisy for some but they do have double glazed windows you can close. We didn't mind.

The apartment is close to the railway station and has good facilities for the independent traveller which included wi-fi , a small kitchen/entrance area,private shower room with toilet and wash basin and a bedroom with good comfortable bed.

The apartment lacks a table and chairs that can be used when eating or for when you may need to use a laptop and although the electric's power sockets are plenty the light switches are limited .The kitchen area/entrance needs a sensor light.
