Great location, staff very responsive and let us check in earlier than expected which was lovely of them! Room was comfy and clean, ensuite bathroom was great, room came with towels, tea and coffee etc. Super comfy beds!!

The heating in the room was turned up too high. We did try to follow instructions on the wall to control the thermostat but it didn't work, so it was a little uncomfortable in the heat! We just ended up opening a window. Would also have loved to have the tea/coffee refilled between days but it seems like they don't change sheets and replace towels etc every day. Not a big deal though!

Perfect for a one night getaway in Norwich. I was interested in something close to a venue, The Waterfront....I ve walked for 10 minutes only which is great. Very close to a large sainsbury s .Very clean bathroom /showers .In case one needs a hair dryer, ask the staff and they ll supply on demand.

I guess the kettle needs to be changed. I tried to use it for a coffee but then suddenly I ve sensed some unpleasant smell and that was it ! :)

I would like to thank the Namaste Palace for a wonderful, stressfree relaxing stay for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The resturant serves the most delicious healthy vegetarian and vegan food. Its location is superb as its literally 5mins into the shopping centre/city centre walking. 🙏😇🙏 I cannot wait to return back - thank you Namaste Palace and Resturant for also being 100% on board hosting a young man - my son - who is neuro diverse. 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️🙏 I feel blessed that even whilst we stayed over you had your spiritual festival /prayers with visiting Gurus from India. Gosh, I feel like I had an Eat, Pray, Love adventure almost on our Bank holiday trip to Norwich without even realizing it 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️🙏

Staff helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice available. All was vegetarian with vegan options available. Shower and toilet facilities were clean and fresh. The restaurant offers a great selection of genuine south Indian vegetarian and vegan dishes which are beautifully presented, delicious and tasty.

Not much really. I was woken during one night by other guests talking loudly in the corridor.

It was very clean and tidy, we stayed in a double bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. We were offered complimentary drinks and coffees everyday which was nice. The staff were lovely, very happy people. We even went to the restaurant namaste village on our last night which was some of the best Indian food I’ve had. Loved it and wouldn’t mind staying again next time we visit Norwich.

Nothing to complain about

As a vegetarian, the breakfast was perfect. Stuffed paratha for breakfast was so much better than the normal hotel breakfast. Also the Indian vegetarian restaurant in the same building was perfect for evening meals - just the kind of restaurant I would have looked for if I was eating out.

Incredibly good value. Room modern basic but with a bit of style. Nicely spacious. Bathroom well fitted. Good quality linen and towels. Fabulously comfy mttresses - slept really well. Warm and clean

Single glazed windows did not really cut out trafffic noise even at back of hotel but beds were so comfy we slept well anyway. Internet (which was free) was frustratingly patchy. Did not affect us much as we gave up on lap top and watched telly but if we had been there on buisness might have been a problem.

Good location, nice shower and facilities

It was a bit weird that there’s a window on the bathroom door so you can see people on the toilet/shower, it also took a while to check in as we had to ask a waiter in the restaurant that took a while. Other than that it was great value for money - there was a guy in his underpants running through the corridor in the middle of the night and he was banging on our door at 7am, although this isn’t the hotels fault I thought I would mention

- The bed was very comfy - Good location to the city centre

- Hotel above a restaurant and the smells of the foods travel to the rooms - Broken draws in room - Only given 1 x towel for booking made for 2 x people - TV doesn’t work - (Check out is 11:00am) a member of staff knocked on the door at 10:30am shouting that check out is 11:00am, we were very much aware of this

The positive friendly vibes, the peaceful room, art works, the dosa wall idea, the amazing food, communication, friendly staff and how they delt with any querie or situation.

There is only one idea... as a pose to a dislike.... Maybe tables for one could be a 'different thing' to add... ? This may encourage more people to date themselves, in a resturant, and not feel overly Alien. 🤣 but may also be good for enhancing your business.. 😀
