Very good value for money. Basic but really comfortable on Uni campus. Two minute walk across from hotel is The LCR concert venue. You can literally be in bed five minutes after leaving venue. Beds were comfortable. Ladies on front desk were friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. If you get the chance got for the breakfast at the Sportspark on campus a 5 minute walk.. Amazing value fir £10 including 2eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, beans, tomatoes and 2 hashbrowns. Toast and coffee/tea. Also tea/coffee making facilities in room. Rooms were quiet looking over the green. Free parking with validation of token.

Can’t fault it.

Location was excellent for attending an event in the sports centre. They provided towels, shower gel, soap, tissues. Window opened which was great as it was hot and a fan was also in the room. Beds very comfortable. Fairly easy to find key collection point after hours.

A few hairs in the room and bathroom when we arrived. Shower didn’t drain well and water ran out under bathroom door. Reported it to staff the next day who were very polite and friendly and apologized.

The location was perfect for our University Open Day - right in the middle of the campus next to all the tours of the accommodation. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee provided. We arrived at 11pm at night and the security key pick up location was easy to find having spoken to a member of staff the day before to confirm exactly where the pick up location was. The security team provided the key quickly and gave good directions to the lodge which was easy to easy to find. The woman on reception was very friendly on check out and validated my parking token so I could have free parking in the University car park. If my daughter comes to UEA I will stay here again.

The room was quite warm and the window didn’t open much as it’s on the third floor - a fan was provided which we didn’t use. It was great having a fridge to use but it was a quite a noisy little fridge - but I am quite sensitive to noise. The shower is more of a wet room in the bathroom - but the water pressure was good and the shower was much better than it looked.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful, it was so lovely. And the room was brilliant, really clean with everything we needed. We were going to a gig at the LCR at UEA so this was just the perfect place to stay. Will definitely be using again!

Not much negative to say at all; it was a very warm night so a fan or stronger air con would have been appreciated but we moved the little table by the vent and that helped :)

The location was really great as I attended the Norwich Anime and Gaming convention with my friends. Not only that, but the room was also very clean, relatively spacious for me and once I was able to figure out how the room facilities functioned, they were of great quality!

I feel as though for efficiency purposes, there should be a sort of poster or notice on the wall about the room facilities such as the taps and the radiators so that the user doesn't have to spend as much time deciphering what to do.

great location as I was attending a graduation. had everything I’d expect such as tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, towels, etc. I really appreciated the water in the fridge, especially as it was extremely hot. the free parking makes it very worth staying here as the uni parking prices are stupidly high.

the room was far too hot, the fan provided was very welcome but only blew the hot air from outside.

Clean ensuite room with nice view out of the lake. The reception staff was absent due to Easter holiday season, but the handover of keys at security lodge was well advised over the phone in advance so the check in went smoothly, It was so nice to re-visit the campus for the first time in years!

Side entrance to the accommodation while the reception was closed was not easy to identify as we tried lookng for Flat 11 sign, but found it ok in the end. The free parking validation machine was not too easy to spot for hiding behind the plant display, but nothing major.

We stayed here to attend a gig at the UEA, so very pleased it was just a two minute walk away, and free overnight secure parking is a big plus, room was cosy, but plenty for our needs.

Nothing on the hotel's part, just be weary if you are staying at the weekend your only option for dinner is the CO-OP and the only place open for breakfast on Sunday is the SportCentre cafe a 15 minute walk away and a bit expensive.

The breakfast was great although a smaller English breakfast could be offered at half the price, 1 of everything instead of 2. Went to the SU bar were drinks were cheap, free parking, close to bus stop to get to city centre.

Remote batteries were flat, had to leave by 10:00 or pay an additional fee to stay later, probably would not stay during term time unless seeing a band as like to sleep with window open and probably could be noisy although that is only an assumption.

We loved the location as it was lovely and close to the gig we were attending and the room was nice and clean and quiet, it was nice that we could also open the window for fresh air as well.

We didn’t get any breakfast as the receptionist said that where the breakfast is will be very busy as there was a swimming competition as the breakfast was not in the same building we stayed in.
