Our twin room was fresh, clean, bright, modern, big and the air conditioner was left on for us so it was perfectly cool, as opposed to the stifling heat outside. The bathroom was equally lovely. Very comfortable beds with fresh white bedding. The staff were all very pleasant and there was a good variety of cooked breakfasts.

At breakfast I would have liked a selection of cereals to chose from, and plain yoghurt and fresh fruits which is often offered. Also, the breakfast area had so many flies. It made it a bit unpleasant. We noticed the table near us were waving their hands about and they ended up leaving some food as it got too much for them. Maybe an ultra violet lamp would have been ideal for that room.

The room was good and peaceful, the bathroom very good, we had a very good evening meal, there was a marque in the grounds and we feared there may be a wedding party but fortunately that was not the case. there was ample parking but the piece de resistance was without doubt the exceptional outstanding breakfast - the best served breakfast I have enjoyed for at least 17 years (no I have not been staying in H M Prison). Not only was the choice fantastic as well as the food itself but the atmosphere in the dinning room was great with a large number of non-residents meeting there as breakfast clubs, but the service was still first rate.

There was nothing I can suggest to improve any aspect of our short stay.

Room was warm and comfortable and large enough for the additional bed we needed.. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant the evening we arrived and breakfast was great - so many choices and very well cooked and presented. Fresh milk in the fridge for a cup of tea in the morning was a nice touch. We were at the front of the property and as some reviewers have mentioned you can hear some traffic noise but we certainly weren't bothered by it and it was very quiet overnight. We all slept very well. For £95 for the three of us, it was much cheaper than other places we've stayed in Norwich and just as nice.

The food was superb, freshly cooked, piping hot, nicely presented and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was too much trouble.. The beds were comfortable and you had everything you would heed for a night away from home. Tge room was clean and spacious, would stay again .

We had the twin room and the view out if the window wasn't the best, and there was noise from the kitchen extractor fan However it was just like white noise, and didn't really bother us it also stopped once kitchen service was over. The room had sloping ceilings so a couple of times i wasnt concentrating and bumped my head, but tgat was my stupidity We spent a very comfortable night there.

Good location for us to be near family but there is also a regular bus service into Norwich close by which would be handy Really comfortable bed with both soft and medium pillows. Great breakfast choices. Side entrance which is locked at night. Hospitality tray with fresh milk in the fridge along with a bottle of water. Staff very pleasant.

Corner shower was a bit cramped but the bathroom was spacious. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work despite having the instruction brochure. Too late in the evening to speak to anyone so we left a window open which was noisy.

I recently stayed at SugarBeat House and I was extremely impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel room was immaculate and clean, and the free WiFi was a nice bonus. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - it was definitely a 10/10 in my book. The hotel also had plenty of parking, which was convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay at SugarBeat House again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to eat and stay.

Good location, warm welcome, comfy beds, spotlessly clean, yummy food, tea & coffee available in the room, quiet room, really friendly staff.

Only two things: 1) two out of three small bottles of milk were sour in the small fridge; 2) The shower drain needed clearing as water pooled (probably hair build up, no different from home quite regularly). Both brought to owner's attention in the morning and both apologised for. We would stay there again without hesitation. Dinner, bed and a MONSTER breakfast cost us £130.00, which we considered very good value.

We visit Norwich often and have stayed in many hotels. This hotel was wonderful, not the most posh but for what we paid was great value for money. Spotlessly clean, lovely room, very spacious, air con and the beds were soo comfortable. We had breakfast and can honestly say this was one of the best we have had in Norwich, staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely book here again when we next visit Norwich

Very spacious room (Jackson, No 1), lovely sized shower, comfy bed. Air con available to use as required. Exceptional breakfast served (included). Evening meal (1 night) was excellent. Staff were superb - so friendly and helpful. Location is ideal with a bus stop (regular service) into Norwich just outside the door. Or hop into your car and drive 5 mins up the road to the Park & Ride.

Nothing to be fair!

The staff are warm and welcoming. The food is exceptionally good. We had 3 evening meals there which were excellent with all food apart from bread and ice cream produced from scratch by a first class chef. Also the cooked breakfast choice rivals a 5 star hotel. Ideally situated midway between the Norfolk Broads and Sutton Hoo in Suffolk with Norwich within easy reach.

At times the bedroom can be noisy as not double-glazed. Has air-conditioning so windows can be kept shut. Slept very well with ear plugs to block out the early morning rush hour. But really this is a minor problem overall as the hotels food and drink more than makes up for it
