Immaculately clean apartment, continental breakfast cereal, toast, pastries, yogurt, jam, marmalade, butter, milk, fresh orange was good quality fresh & enjoyed very much, being self contained felt very at home & enjoyed the privacy & space rather than a stuffy hotel room & being able to sit out in the garden was a lovely bonus. We came from Scotland to visit family but so impressed with our stay here we would now book again just for a holiday as Norwich is a great place to explore. Have stayed in many hotels and air bnb's in the UK & the Summer rooms rates up there with the best, can't wait to return. Hosts Kay & Alan are lovely people, very approachable & make you feel really welcome & at ease, overall 10 out of 10 & highly recommend.

No dislikes all was perfect

Excellent facilities, lovely accommodation and secluded garden with outside seating areas. A nice help yourself breakfast provided in the room with lots of tea and coffee options and fresh milk and juice in the little fridge in the seating/kitchen area. Lovely shower room with hot water always available, lots of fluffy towels and a good selection of toiletries. All spotlessly clean. Secure parking on site so you can just park up when you get there and explore on foot and not worry about the car. The host was welcoming and friendly but left us to our own devices, just checked in that we had everything we needed. There are two lovely dogs in residence but if that is not your thing the host checked we were OK with them paying a visit to our garden area (which we certainly were) but would have kept them away if we had wanted. A reasonable, mainly flat walk into the town centre but far enough away that it was quiet so you could enjoy the lovely garden in the evening.

This one is a purely personal thing, but both my husband and I found the bed too firm for us.

Absolutely fabulous weekend break. The Summer room is a lovely gem of a place to stay. Lovely and quiet. A little 15 minute slow stroll and you are in the heart of Norwich. Kay and Alan were so friendly, made us feel extremely welcome. They were full of tips for decent places to get a drink or a meal, nothing was too much trouble. Inside it's the little touches, a large range of teas and coffees, breakfast cereals, bread, jam, marmalade, marmite, milk etc that make the difference. Everything was thought of. We sat on the couch with the patio doors open onto the garden during the evening with a glass of wine, wonderfully relaxing. I am someone who has trouble sleeping but I had two great nights rest. We will definitely be booking here again for visits to Norwich. Peter & Tracey B.

There was nothing to dislike!

Plenty of space for two people and the location is perfect for central Norwich, as you can walk it in around 15-20 minutes. Being able to park onsite is also a massive plus point and the road was very quiet so no problem sleeping. Accommodation was clean and the facilities are great. I love the idea of having a continental breakfast provided in the room which is a bonus to self-contained accommodation. There was enough space to put your clothes etc. and the bed was super comfy. The shower is really good and ‘aaaahh’ the luxury of having bath towels! The hosts were super helpful and friendly. We will be back next year!

The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great. It is on a pleasant, quiet residential street only 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It was a real bonus having off road parking in front of the property. The accommodation is very comfortable and the addition of breakfast supplies for both mornings was very welcome. The host, Kay even kindly ran the dishes through her dishwasher before returning them to us for further use!

Everything was explained, well labelled and so easy to get settled in. Little things like the lights being labelled for what was what, WiFi easy to log in to, and best of all a breakfast kit in your room. A bonus was a DAB radio. This is such an essential for me as I am a radio listener rather than TV. I genuinely can't wait to visit again as this was such a perfect set up for me.

Genuinely nothing! Every thing a guest would want was catered for.

The room was like a little studio flat with a pretty garden view, a patio and a very comfortable sofa. A charming little bolt hole.

The breakfast was adequate and plentiful, and fair considering the price per night. A real bonus would have been a small coffee plunger pot and some fresh coffee rather than coffee bags, and some fresh fruit would have made it perfect.

The Accomodation is a summer house on the side of the property overlooking the garden. The building has a lovely feel about it and it was very calming to sit and watch the birds in the garden. The property is close to the amenities in Norwich. I was cycling the Rebellion Way and there was a safe and secure store for my bike which was brilliant.

This was more than just a room. So impressed with the extra facilities apart from just a bed in a hotel room. This was a home from home experience and somewhere myself and my husband will definitely come back when we are in Norwich again. Very friendly host and gorgeous dog. Breakfast items are left in the room for you to prepare breakfast yourself which sorted us but may not suit everyone expecting a cooked breakfast.

There was nothing not to like. This was a room on the side of a private house so if that isn't your thing then you would be better off in any of the big impersonal hotel chains available in Norwich.

The yard outside our room was beautiful, car parking very easy, Gave us fresh bread and jams along with cold cereal, milk and orange juice for breakfast. Had silverware, utensils, microwave and small fridge. Shower was very big, modern and very nice. bed was comfortable. Sitting area with TV was comfortable. We would stay there again!!!

Hard to find address off the street as driving, Not a real issue or problem
