Park Farm Hotel

The facilities and gardens are really good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to invite our family who we were visiting as guests at a reasonable cost. We were able to enjoy all our meals together and use the swimming pool which was fantastic.

The noise from the functions held Saturday evening . We spoke to the reception staff who did try to control it.

breakfast was amazing one of the best from a hotel I've stayed at for the price. They have a continental buffet plus a cooked food buffet and lots of juices including a smoothie. if this isn't enough they also have options to order freshly cooked from the menu which were good. the room was as expected nice comfy bed I stayed in a Georgian double which is the cheapest room and was good value for money.

not a lot to be honest. One morning I asked for a coffee but they forgot to bring it, Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a rush as was traveling for work so couldn't go and ask again and wait for it to arrive. also, it would have been nice if the breakfast included something other than filter coffee that you didn't have to pay for for instance one free latte but just nit-picking really.

The service from the first telephone before your arrival to call to departure was very good. The breakfast room due to being in an old house was across three rooms, the main service area was ideally positioned at the centre of the two breakfast service rooms. The second dining space by far superseded in decor and comfort to the main space, so arrive early to enjoy that pleasure. The Oak suite was very nice with a decent sized bathroom, excellent jacuzzi bath, okay views. The Spa was very nice space to inhabit and the team were very helpful indeed. Decent room service.

The Oak suite could benefit by having a Jack and Jill, instead of one long basin. Steam iron is required in suite, rather than a basic iron. The hairdryer lead, requires a longer length. Better comfort would have been had in the room if there were two pillows per person. The Spa should be included with suites, rather than staff upselling add on's. The toiletries were very limited in the room had to request for more. The spa is really very good, it is missing cold water plunge pool, but more importantly the spa requires regular cleaning. The sauna and steam room doors weren't cleaned between daily sessions, because of the large windows hand and water marks were very apparent additionally some areas of the spa was very dusty.

From arrival in a lovely rural setting Park Farm Hotel was inviting and welcoming. A very helpful receptionist checked me in and directed me to a delightful spacious ground floor room with a mini patio looking out onto a pretty courtyard. A short rest and off to swim laps of the indoor swimming pool for 35 minutes before heading to the Lounge Bar for my evening meal, which was prepared in their kitchen and offered an interesting variety of choices. For me Crab soup, Teriyaki salmon on noodles and for desert a new one for me - Croissant bread & butter pudding. Then it was off to bed for a restful nights sleep before a full English breakfast and heading out well rested and fed for a days work.

The only disappointment of my stay was the poor quality of the Wi-Fi signal in my room, which was quite frankly appalling when a simple signal amplifier would benefit all the guests in rooms upwards of number 40.

Location was beautiful! Staff are lovely. Dining in the bar lounge was lovely food was great. Inside the room was exceptional

Breakfast could use some tweaking... the cooked help yourself option was poor quality due to being sat under hot lamps and not refreshed very often so all of it was a bit hard and tough.. but the continental options were nice enough. Dining in the lounge bar was lovely but the staff definitely need to be a bit more attentive and notice people are wanting to order or need something.. eg offering water and not actually bringing it until asked again.. The rooms lower ground patio area is lovely but very overgrown.. couldn't really enjoy as there was lots of bushes poking/catching us

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Usually I don't spend much time in a hotel room, but this room made me want to be there - to read a book or just relax and watch a film. The staff was friendly and helpful, all my questions were addressed immediately. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of meal. I also enjoyed my dinners at the lounge's bar. The swimming pool was nice and clean enough and the water was really warm!

It would be good to know at the moment of booking the availability of treatments in the spa. Unfortunately, everything was booked and I had to use a spa in a neighbour town. The eggs royal for breakfast were not the best: I would reconsider the choice of salmon and sauce.

NO BOTTLE WATER IN ROOM that was a let down . For the price we pay should be standard Thought the dinning room was a little dark and walls and carpet clashed atmosphere at dinner was a little dull (but food was excellent) Red wine was served in a small white wine glass asked for a bigger glass but you didn't have one not what we would expect from your hotel Standard Wine was plonked on table dident even open the bottle. Need Prosecco glasses were just cheep pub glasses, not at all what you would expect at your beautiful hotel

Our room was far better than expected very spacious, lovely bathroom with separate shower. Loved that we got nice toiletries plus lovely fluffy towers.. Evening meal was well presented very tasty couldn’t fault the service, staff were very knowledgeable Really enjoyed the breakfast all freshly cooked .. Staff were all very polite and well presented plus they had gone the extra mile left a birthday card in our room wishing my a partner a happy birthday..

If there was anything it was that we couldn’t check in until we’ll after 3pm despite asking for an early check in

We stayed in the Cedar Suite for a night for my husbands birthday. The room was beautiful. I had booked him a massage for the afternoon so we booked in early (additional £20) and then used the leisure facilities. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. Just big enough and when it started to get busier we were about ready to leave anyway. We had lunch when we first got there and booked dinner in Helena’s bar for dinner. The meal was lovely except my dessert wasn’t great. Breakfast was also lovely with lots of choice. Staff overall were really attentive and helpful.

The only thing we could fault was my dessert! Sadly they had lost the ticket for our desserts so after about half an hour of them not turning up, they arrived. Sadly my crumble was only just warm and the jug of custard was only half full, although looked like it had been filled at some point. I could t eat it. My husband demolished his cheesecake, no concerns there! It was getting late and the waitress who had been looking after us had finished so there were just a couple of guys on the bar. When I asked for the bill he just printed it and gave it to me. Never asked how are meal was so we paid and left. It was the only thing we could fault so we didn’t let it bother our stay.

Wonderful visit to Park Farm Hotel. Grounds were beautiful , Well kept grounds and seating areas . All the Staff so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Lily, Tom & Jessica who were so friendly, professional and helpful. Room was lovely and spacious we had room 21 in the court yard which was lovely and quiet. Room and grounds were spotlessly clean thank you to Rachel who cleaned our room. The spa facilities were very good, nice size pool, sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi , again staff very welcoming. We used the Season's Restaurant on both nights and food was amazing, full of flavour and fresh produce. The Breakfast was good too, plenty of it , good quality and hot. Only just over 3 miles to Norwich City , good location for exploring . We will definitely be returning and have already recommended to family and friends.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking and pillow's were not great. However saying that, i still felt rested and slept well. It would have been nice to have bathrobes in the room.
